研究目的：

通过前瞻性、大样本真实世界的队列研究，评价针刺治疗DOR的有效性和安全性。

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the effectiveness and safety of acupuncture for diminished ovarian reserve through a prospective, large sample, real-world cohort study.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

（1）符合DOR的诊断标准； （2）18岁≤年龄＜40岁； （3）自愿参加，知情同意。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Meet the diagnostic criteria of DOR; (2) 18 years ≤ age < 40 years. (3) Voluntary participation and informed consent.

排除标准：

（1）多囊卵巢综合征、高催乳素血症、高雄激素血症者、甲状腺功能减退等内分泌疾病影响排卵者； （2）医源性因素（如盆腔手术、放化疗、子宫动脉栓塞、药物如激素、免疫抑制剂等）引起的DOR； （3）近三个月内服用过激素类药物，如避孕药、糖皮质激素等(有体外受精-胚胎移植要求者除外)； （4）重症焦虑患者，即焦虑自评量表（Self-Rating Anxiety Scale, SAS）得分＞70分者； （5）合并严重心脑血管、肝、肾、恶性肿瘤、造血系统及精神疾病者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Polycystic ovary syndrome, hyperprolactinemia, hyperandrogenemia, hypothyroidism and other endocrine diseases affect ovulation; (2) DOR caused by iatrogenic factors (such as pelvic surgery, radiotherapy and chemotherapy, uterine artery embolization, drugs such as hormones, immunosuppressants, etc.); (3) Have taken hormone drugs (such as contraceptives, glucocorticoids, etc.) in the past three months (except those required for in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer); (4) Patients with severe anxiety with a Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS) score > 70; (5) Combined with serious cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, liver, kidney, malignant tumor, hematopoietic system and mental diseases.
