研究目的：

研究耳穴贴压疗法对体外受精-胚胎移植患者控制性促排卵治疗期间负性情绪的改善效果以及对妊娠结局的影响。

Objectives of Study：

To study the effect of auricular acupressure on improving the negative emotion and pregnancy outcome in IVF-ET patients during controlled ovarian stimulation.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1）年龄20-40岁 2）超促排卵治疗方案为长方案治疗患者 3）自愿参加，签署知情同意书

Inclusion criteria

1） Age between 20 to 40 2） Patients with long protocol for ovarian hyperstimulation 3） Voluntary participation and informed consent

排除标准：

1）对耳穴贴压使用材料过敏者 2）存在沟通障碍或者不能配合完成调查者 3）正在进行其他穴位按压或针灸治疗患者 4）耳朵畸形患者 5）既往有身心疾病史

Exclusion criteria：

1） Those who are allergic to auricular-plaster materials 2） Those who have difficulty in language communication or are unable to cooperate in completing the survey 3） Those who have acupoint pressing or acupuncture treatment in progress 4） Patients with ear deformity 5） Those who have a history of physical and mental illness

A researcher not involved in enrolling participants generated the sequence using the random number generator of the statistical software Excel and put them in sequentially numbered opaque sealed envelopes. The envelopes were opened after getting informed consent.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

在COH注射Gn首日（T1日）所有研究对象进行一般资料及SCL-90量表测定，取卵手术前日（T2日）再次进行SCL-90量表测定，于患者胚胎移植后14天进行血β-hCG检查，记录妊娠情况。采用相应的数据库系统进行双人双机录入，之后对数据库进行两遍对比。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

After the patients agreed to participate in the study, two other nurses in the team assessed the patients' psychological status on the first day of COH (before the first AAT treatment, defined as T1). After the subjects completed the AAT treatment during COH, the psychological assessment was performed again on the day before TVOR (after the completion of the fourth AAT treatment on the same day, defined as T2). All patients were assessed for conception 14 days after ET with Beta-HCG levels.Input the data into corresponding database system by two special researchers with two computers respectively.
