研究目的：

探索中医药单用或联合奥司他韦治疗流感的有效性。

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the efficacy of Traditional Chinese Medicine or combined with oseltamivir in the treatment of influenza.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

本项目为观察性研究，前瞻性研究对比观察单用清毒饮或金翘热毒清或联用奥司他韦，与单用奥司他韦对比，治疗流感的近期临床疗效。

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

This project is an observational study, prospective study to compare the short-term clinical efficacy of Qingdu decoction or Jinqiao Reduqing alone or in combination with oseltamivir, compared with oseltamivir, in the treatment of influenza.

纳入标准：

1.诊断为流感患者，年龄性别无限制； 2.给予中医药或中医药联合奥司他韦； 3.就诊于南方医科大学南方医院、南方医科大学珠江医院、南方医科大学南海医院； 4.签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Diagnosed with influenza, age and gender are not limited; 2. Give Traditional Chinese medicine or Traditional Chinese medicine combined with oseltamivir; 3. Visited Nanfang Hospital of Southern Medical University, Zhujiang Hospital of Southern Medical University, and Nanhai Hospital of Southern Medical University; 4. Sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.患者第一诊断为其他严重疾病合并流感； 2.中医药给药途径不是口服； 3.经研究者判断认为不适合参与本研究的流感患者； 4.找不到患者病史资料，或者检查检验指标缺失的病例。

Exclusion criteria：

1. The first diagnosis was other serious diseases combined with influenza; 2. The route of administration of Traditional Chinese medicine is not oral; 3. Patients judged by the investigator to be unsuitable for participation in this study 4. No case history data or test results missing.
