研究目的：

通过随机对照临床研究，通过睡眠相关量表评估，评价耳穴处方贴专利简化方案治疗睡眠障碍的临床有效性，为该治疗方案的推广和普及提供临床数据支持。

Objectives of Study：

Through randomized controlled clinical studies the clinical effectiveness of the patented simplified prescription patch for the treatment of sleep disorders was evaluated through the evaluation of sleep-related scales so as to provide clinical data support for the promotion and popularization of this treatment regimen.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

（1）符合上述诊断标准； （2）年龄范围18岁—70岁，男女不限； （3）匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表评分＞7分；汉密顿抑郁量表评分＜24分，汉密顿焦虑量表评分＜21分； （4）能理解量表内容并配合治疗，无沟通障碍或认知障碍者； （5）自愿参加研究、接受随机分组并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Meet the above diagnostic criteria; (2) Age range: 18-70 years old, male or female; (3) Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index Scale> score of 7; The Hamilton Depression Rating Scale score < 24 points, and the Hamilton Anxiety Scale score < 21 points; (4) Able to understand the content of the scale and cooperate with treatment, without communication disorder or cognitive impairment; (5) Voluntarily participate in the study, accept randomization and sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

（1）合并有心、脑、肝、肾、造血系统严重原发性疾病；急性病、传染病、恶性肿瘤患者；妊娠期妇女； （2）由于严重抑郁、焦虑引发的失眠；睡眠卫生不良引起的失眠；在治疗期间不能按要求停服相关药物； （3）其他医生判定不适合接受治疗者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Combined with serious primary diseases of the heart brain liver kidney and hematopoietic system; Patients with acute diseases infectious diseases and malignant tumors; pregnant women; (2) insomnia caused by severe depression and anxiety; insomnia caused by poor sleep hygiene; Inability to stop taking relevant medications as required during treatment; (3) Those who are judged by other doctors to be unsuitable for treatment.
