研究目的：

检查后腹胀腹痛是结肠镜检查后最常见的并发症之一，长期困扰着患者，本研究旨在探讨针对此类病症的中医中药治疗方案，使用加味桂枝加芍药汤研末穴位贴敷治疗以缓解患者腹胀腹痛症状，改善患者检查后的舒适度，缩短患者治疗时间，减轻患者经济压力，将具有良好的社会和经济效益。

Objectives of Study：

Abdominal distension and pain after examination are one of the most common complications after colonoscopy which have long troubled patients. This study aims to explore a traditional Chinese medicine treatment plan for this condition using modified Guizhi and Shaoyao decoction to apply acupoint patches at the end of the study to alleviate patients' abdominal distension and pain symptoms improve their comfort after examination shorten their treatment time and alleviate their economic pressure. It will have good social and economic benefits.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

（1）符合结肠镜检查指征，不存在禁忌证；（2）对研究知情同意并签署知情同意书。（3）年龄在18~85岁之间。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Meets the indications for colonoscopy and there are no contraindications; (2) Provide informed consent for the research and sign the informed consent form. (3) Age between 18 and 85 years old.

排除标准：

①通过相应检查已确认为肠道器质性病变并行结肠镜下治疗的患者；②行普通结肠镜检查的患者；③心脏、肝脏、肺部以及肾功能严重不全者；④行为异常或有精神疾病的患者；⑤腹部皮肤有溃烂、损伤或炎症感染的患者；⑦患有急性感染性疾病的患者；⑧过敏体质或对本研究所用中药过敏者。

Exclusion criteria：

① Patients with organic intestinal lesions confirmed by corresponding examinations and undergoing colonoscopy treatment; ② Patients undergoing routine colonoscopy examination; ③ Individuals with severe heart liver lung and kidney dysfunction; ④ Patients with abnormal behavior or mental illness; ⑤ Patients with abdominal skin ulcers injuries or inflammatory infections; ⑦ Patients with acute infectious diseases; ⑧ People with allergies or allergies to the traditional Chinese medicine used in this study.

Blinding：

An independent evaluator (an experienced doctor) will become blind upon examination results and as the participant and their attending physician cannot become blind they will be asked not to discuss treatment to maintain blindness. In addition independent statisticians and information collectors will also be blinded. Unblinding can be performed at the end of the experiment or in the event of a serious adverse event during the research process for statistical analysis.
