研究目的：

类风湿关节炎（Rheumatoid Arthritis, RA）是一种以慢性、对称性多关节炎为主要表现的自身免疫性疾病，其病程迁延反复，患者常感到焦虑和无助，易出现心理社会问题。健康中国战略指出以人民健康为中心，促进心理健康，加强心理健康服务体系建设和规范化管理；指出坚持中西医并重，探索融健康文化、健康管理、健康保险为一体的中医健康保障模式。中医情志护理在中医基础理论的指导下，对患者调整体认知、健康感受、日常生活及负性情绪进行调节改善。慢性疾病患者的情绪干预对其心理健康具有重要意义，但情绪管理过程需要患者主动参与才能实现延续性，赋能理论（empowerment theory）运用于护理领域是为改善慢性病健康结局与生活质量而形成的一种积极合作关系的自我护理理论框架。本研究旨在构建基于赋能理论的中医情志护理方案，植入小程序后进行线上+线下的应用，激发与增强患者的主观能动性，提高患者情绪管理意识和能力，实现患者情绪的延续性管理。

Objectives of Study：

Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA) is an autoimmune disease characterized by chronic symmetrical polyarthritis. The course of RA is prolonged and repeated and patients often feel anxious and helpless and are prone to psychosocial problems. The Healthy China strategy points out that focusing on people's health promoting mental health strengthening the construction of mental health service system and standardized management; It is pointed out that equal attention should be paid to traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine and a traditional Chinese medicine health protection model integrating health culture health management and health insurance should be explored. Under the guidance of the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine TCM emotional nursing can regulate and improve patients' overall cognition health feelings daily life and negative emotions. The emotional intervention of patients with chronic diseases is of great significance for their mental health but the process of emotional management needs the active participation of patients to achieve continuity. The application of empowerment theory in the nursing field is a self-care theoretical framework of a positive cooperative relationship formed to improve the health outcome and quality of life of patients with chronic diseases. This study aims to construct a traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) emotional nursing program based on empowerment theory. After the small program is implanted it is applied online + offline to stimulate and enhance the patient's subjective initiative improve the patient's awareness and ability of emotional management and realize the continuous management of patients' emotions.

纳入标准：

1、符合美国风湿病学会（ACR）和欧洲抗风湿病联盟 （EULAR）提出的RA诊断标准； 2、有良好的语言表达和理解能力； 3、年龄>=18岁； 4、自愿参加本研究； 5、能够在出院后通过电话或微信联系。

Inclusion criteria

1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for RA proposed by the American College of Rheumatology (ACR) and the European League Against Rheumatism (EULAR); 2. Good language expression and comprehension skills; 3. Age>=18 years old; 4. Voluntarily participate in this study; 5. Able to contact by phone or WeChat after discharge.

排除标准：

1、有精神疾病史； 2、合并其他明显影响生活质量的疾病，如恶性肿瘤等； 3、存在听力障碍或表达沟通障碍者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. History of mental illness; 2. Combined with other diseases that obviously affect the quality of life such as malignant tumors etc.; 3. Those with hearing impairment or communication impairment.
