研究目的：

本试验的目的是评价数智化改良太极拳治疗膝骨性关节炎的有效性及临床应用的安全性。

Objectives of Study：

The objective of this study was to evaluate the efficacy and safety of modified tai Chi in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

①主要为膝关节疼痛的KOA患者，无手术适应症； ②18≤年龄≤65岁； ③Kellgren Lawrence标准评定为Ⅰ级或Ⅱ级；膝关节活动范围≥120°，屈曲挛缩≤15°； ④知情同意并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

① Mainly KOA patients with knee pain, no surgical indications. ②18≤ age ≤65 years old. ③ Kellgren Lawrence standard rated as level I or Level II; Knee joint motion range ≥120°, flexion contracture ≤15°. ④ Informed consent and sign informed consent.

排除标准：

①合并心、脑、肝、肾和造血系统等严重疾病者。 ②2周内接受过其他方法KOA治疗者； ③心血管疾患、哮喘、胃肠疾患、出血性疾患、溃疡性疾患、围手术期、长期饮酒或正在服用抗凝药（如华法林）等，怀疑或确有药物滥用病史等患者。 ④妊娠、准备妊娠或哺乳期妇女、精神病患者等。 ⑤因其他原因，课题组医师一致认定不适合纳入者。

Exclusion criteria：

① Patients with serious diseases of heart, brain, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system. ② Patients who received KOA treatment with other methods within 2 weeks. ③ Patients with cardiovascular diseases, asthma, gastrointestinal diseases, bleeding disorders, ulcerative diseases, perioperative period, long-term alcohol consumption or taking anticoagulant drugs (such as warfarin), suspected or have a history of drug abuse. ④ Pregnant, pregnant or lactating women, mental patients, etc. ⑤ For other reasons, the doctors of the research group unanimously determined that it was not suitable for inclusion.
