研究目的：

课题研究的总体目标 （1）观察头针结合重复经颅磁刺激对帕金森病伴快速眼动睡眠行为障碍的临床疗效。 （2）观察头针结合重复经颅磁刺激分别干预帕金森病伴快速眼动睡眠行为障碍临床疗效。 （3）利用脑电睡眠检查技术探究头针和重复经颅磁刺激这两种疗法干预帕金森病伴快速眼动睡眠行为障碍时快速眼动睡眠和潜伏期、非快速眼动睡眠占比和脑电波形变化情况，初步探究两种疗法如何改善睡眠脑电波形。

Objectives of Study：

The overall goal of the research (1) To observe the clinical effect of head acupuncture combined with repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation on Parkinson's disease with REM sleep behavior disorder. (2) To observe the clinical efficacy of head acupuncture combined with repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation in the intervention of Parkinson's disease with REM sleep behavior disorder. (3) EEG sleep examination technology was used to explore the changes of REM sleep and latency proportion of non-REM sleep and brain wave pattern when head acupuncture and repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation were used to interfere with Parkinson's disease with REM sleep behavior disorder and to initially explore how the two therapies improved sleep brain wave pattern.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

纳入标准 同时符合以下所有条件者方可纳入： （1）同时符合上述PD和RBD诊断标准； （2）发病后虽使用过其他治疗方法但效果不佳，并停止治疗一个月以上者； （3）在患RBD之前无明显的睡眠障碍及焦虑、抑郁等情绪障碍； （4）伴失眠、抑郁或焦虑； （5）年龄在20～80岁之间(包括20、80岁)，性别不限； （6）患者自愿参加本课题研究并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria Those who meet all of the following criteria are eligible for inclusion: (1) Meet the above diagnostic criteria for both PD and RBD; (2) After the onset of the disease although other treatment methods have been used but the effect is not good and stop treatment for more than one month; (3) No significant sleep disorders anxiety depression and other emotional disorders before suffering from RBD; (4) accompanied by insomnia depression or anxiety; (5) Age between 20 and 80 years old (including 20 and 80 years old) gender is not limited; (6) The patient voluntarily participated in the study and signed the informed consent.

排除标准：

排除标准 有下列之一者，为排除病例： （1）合并抑郁或有严重的重要脏器的损害，如难以控制的心功能不全、肝肾功能障碍、糖尿病等； （2）不能配合完成研究； （3）文化水平低或有严重的视力、听力以及言语功能障碍会影响到试验的配合； （4）正在接受其他临床试验的； （5）有脑电睡眠监测相关禁忌者。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria Any of the following cases are excluded: (1) Combined with depression or serious damage to important organs such as uncontrolled heart dysfunction liver and kidney dysfunction diabetes etc.; (2) can not cooperate to complete the research; (3) Low educational level or severe visual hearing and speech dysfunction will affect the cooperation of the experiment; (4) is undergoing other clinical trials; (5) There are contraindications related to EEG sleep monitoring.

本次研究受试者随机分组序列由专门的统计工作人员采用SPSS Statistics 20.0（IBM, Chicago, IL, USA）统计软件程序产生，并应用不透光、密闭封信法隐藏随机分组序列。将合格对象按纳入的顺序编号以及1:1:1:1的比例随机分配进入头针+TMS组，头针组，TMS组，对照组。随机序列由课题组专人负责管理，该人员不参与受试者招募、结局评估及统计分析。

In this study the random sequence of subjects was generated by SPSS Statistics 20.0 (IBM Chicago IL USA) statistical software program and the opaque and closed letter method was used to hide the random sequence. The qualified subjects were numbered in the order of inclusion and randomly assigned to the head needle +TMS group head needle group TMS group and control group in a ratio of 1:1:1:1. The random sequence was managed by a special person in the research group who was not involved in subject recruitment outcome evaluation and statistical analysis.
