研究目的：

主要目的：观察浮针对重症脑卒中MV患者脱机成功率、膈肌功能等指标的影响，从整体-器官层次研究浮针对重症脑卒中MV患者膈肌功能的保护作用。

Objectives of Study：

Main purpose: To observe the influence of floating target on the weaning success rate and diaphragm function of severe stroke MV patients, and to study the protective effect of floating target on diaphragm function in severe stroke MV patients from the overall-organ level.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1.符合《中国脑血管病防治指南》脑卒中诊断标准，并经颅脑CT或MRI扫描证实，进行MV治疗的患者； 2.患者脑卒中后20～90d，生命体征平稳，GCS评分≥9分； 3.年龄18～80岁； 4.家属签署知情同意书，同意参与研究。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria for stroke in the "Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Cerebrovascular Diseases in China", and are confirmed by CT or MRI scans of the brain, and receive MV treatment; 2. 20-90 days after stroke, the patient's vital signs are stable, and the GCS score is >=9; 3. Aged 18 to 80 years; 4. The family members signed the informed consent form and agreed to participate in the study.

排除标准：

1.合并有影响肌力的原发疾病：如脑干梗塞，脑干出血，脊髓损伤，重症肌无力等； 2.彩超显示有胸腔积液、气胸、胸膜粘连等，或因病情超声无法探及膈肌； 3.合并有肺间质纤维化、肺部肿瘤、活动性肺结核等呼吸系统疾病； 4.严重营养不良，肝肾功能衰竭。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Combined with primary diseases that affect muscle strength: such as brainstem infarction, brainstem hemorrhage, spinal cord injury, myasthenia gravis, etc.; 2. Color Doppler ultrasound shows pleural effusion, pneumothorax, pleural adhesion, etc., or the diaphragm cannot be detected by ultrasound due to the disease; 3. Combined with respiratory diseases such as pulmonary interstitial fibrosis, lung tumor, active pulmonary tuberculosis; 4. Severe malnutrition, liver and kidney failure.
