研究目的：

通过横断面研究，调查苯丙胺类吸毒者的发生率及其稽延性戒断症状和特点，调查苯丙胺类毒品稽延性戒断综合征患者的穴位敏化现象和特点，为针灸临床诊疗、辨证分型、取穴提供临床依据。通过实效性随机对照研究，以等待治疗组为对照组，评价针灸治疗苯丙胺类毒品稽延性戒断综合征的临床疗效，为循证临床治疗方案优化提供可靠依据。

Objectives of Study：

Through cross-sectional research, investigate the incidence of amphetamine drug users and their protracted withdrawal symptoms and characteristics, investigate the phenomenon and characteristics of acupoint sensitization in patients with a protracted withdrawal syndrome of amphetamine drugs, so as to provide a clinical basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment of acupuncture, syndrome differentiation, and acupoint selection. Through the actual effect randomized controlled study, the waitlist group was used as the control group to evaluate the clinical efficacy of acupuncture in the treatment of protracted amphetamine abstinence syndrome, and provide a reliable basis for the optimization of evidence-based clinical treatment plans.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

①符合ATS戒断症状诊断； ②甲基苯丙胺尿检阴性； ③年龄18-60岁，男女均可，且意识清醒，无失语、智力障碍，文化程度小学以上，能理解量表内容并配合治疗； ④3个月内未参与其它临床试验； ⑤签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Conform to the diagnosis of ATS withdrawal symptoms; 2. Urine test for methamphetamine is negative; 3. Aged 18 to 60 years male and female, with clear consciousness, no aphasia or mental retardation, education level above elementary school, able to understand the content of the scale and cooperate with treatment; 4. Did not participate in other clinical trials within 3 months; 5. Sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

①接受针刺的局部有外伤、感染者； ②不能耐受针灸、电针治疗或对针灸针过敏者； ③妊娠期和哺乳期的妇女； ④有严重心、肝、肾功能损害或自杀倾向； ⑤根据研究者的判断，不适宜于参加本项研究的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with trauma or infection in the area receiving acupuncture; 2. Those who cannot tolerate acupuncture and electro-acupuncture or are allergic to acupuncture needles; 3. Women during pregnancy and lactation; 4. Severe heart, liver and kidney damage or suicidal tendency; 5. According to the judgment of the investigator, not suitable for patients participating in this study.
