研究目的：

为糖尿病肾病治疗的瓶颈问题提供可靠的替代疗法。

Objectives of Study：

To provide reliable alternative therapy for the bottleneck of diabetic nephropathy treatment.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

（1）同时符合西医糖尿病肾病诊断标准和中医诊断标准及辨证标准。 （2）性别无限定，纳入患者年龄范围在18岁到65岁； （3）HbA1c≤7%，对于有复发性低血糖、严重微血管或大血管并发症等严重并发症的患者，或经充分治疗仍难以达到标准要求的患者，则HbA1c≤8% （4）血压控制在130/80mmHg以下； （5）患者知情且自愿参与试验研究并签署同意书，有良好依从性。

Inclusion criteria

(1) At the same time, it meets the diagnostic criteria and syndrome differentiation criteria of Chinese medicine, and the diagnostic criteria of Western medicine for diabetic nephropathy. (2) The gender is not limited, and the age range of the included patients is 18 to 65 years old. (3) HbA1c≤7%, for patients with severe complications such as recurrent hypoglycemia, severe microvascular or macrovascular complications, or patients who cannot meet the standard requirements after adequate treatment, HbA1c≤8%. (4) Control blood pressure below 130/80mmHg. (5) The patient knows and voluntarily participates in the trial study and signs the consent form, and has good compliance.

排除标准：

（1）同时符合西医糖尿病肾病诊断标准和中医诊断标准及辨证标准。 （2）性别无限定，纳入患者年龄范围在18岁到65岁； （3）HbA1c≤7%，对于有复发性低血糖、严重微血管或大血管并发症等严重并发症的患者，或经充分治疗仍难以达到标准要求的患者，则HbA1c≤8% （4）血压控制在130/80mmHg以下； （5）患者知情且自愿参与试验研究并签署同意书，有良好依从性。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) In line with the diagnostic criteria of diabetic nephropathy of Western medicine and the diagnostic criteria of Traditional Chinese medicine and syndrome differentiation criteria. (2) Gender was not limited, and the included patients ranged from 18 to 65 years old; (3) HbA1c≤7% : for patients with serious complications such as recurrent hypoglycemia, severe microvascular or macrovascular complications, or those who still fail to meet the standard after adequate treatment, HbA1c≤8% (4) Blood pressure should be controlled below 130/80mmHg; (5) Patients are informed and voluntarily participate in the study and sign the consent form, with good compliance.

项目采用随机原则，由专业人员使用SAS 9.2 software生成随机序列，将符合纳入标准且评估合格的DKD患者按照1：1比例进行随机分组，分组序号按顺序排列，均放置于密封的信封中，信封由指定管理员（非试验参与者）保存，分组序号确定后，纳入当天，由管理员将信封打开，公布他们的小组序号，试验整个过程研究组成员和患者均不知道他们的分组。
