研究目的：

探讨子午流注低频治疗仪对痰湿阻滞型 PCOS 患者排卵率、临床妊娠率的影响。

Objectives of Study：

To explore the effect of midnight noon ebb low frequency therapy on the ovulation rate and clinical pregnancy rate in polycystic ovary syndrome of phlegm dampness syndrome.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

知情同意并且自愿进入研究者，18-40 岁；符合西医 PCOS的诊断标准，以及中医痰湿型 PCOS 标准的患者。

Inclusion criteria

Fully understand and voluntarily join the research; female, aged 18 to 40 years; diagnosed with PCOS; TCM syndrome differentiation is phlegm and dampness syndrome;

排除标准：

①酗酒、恶性肿瘤、精神障碍者； ②合并有心血管、肝、肾和造血系统等严重危及生命的原发性疾病者； ③研究前三个月内曾服用过影响内分泌的药物和避孕药者； ④研究前三个月内曾行针灸或经皮穴位电刺激治疗者； ⑤无法合作或不愿意合作者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Alcoholism, malignant tumors, epilepsy or mental disorders; 2. Subjects with life-threatening primary diseases , including cardiovascular, hepatic, renal, and immune systems; 3. Subjects who have taken drugs and contraceptives within three months before the research; 4. Subjects who have received acupuncture or transcutaneous electrical acupoint stimulation therapy within three months before the research; 5. Unable or unwilling to cooperate with the research.
