研究目的：

构建病例注册登记信息系统平台，通过收集和分析真实世界中偏头痛患者的临床诊疗数据，评估临床综合环 境下针刺治疗偏头痛的疗效和安全性；分析针刺治疗偏头痛的基本诊疗信息，探究针刺治疗偏头痛临床疗效 的影响因素；评价针刺的卫生经济优势，为中医DRG 支付决策提供证据。

Objectives of Study：

Establish a case registration information system platform to assess the efficacy and safety of acupuncture treatment for migraine in a clinical setting by collecting and analyzing clinical diagnosis and treatment data from migraine patients in the real world. Analyze the basic diagnostic and treatment information of acupuncture treatment for migraine to explore the factors influencing its clinical efficacy. Evaluate the health economic advantages of acupuncture and provide evidence for decision-making in Chinese medicine DRG (Diagnosis Related Groups) payment.

纳入标准：

（1）符合偏头痛ICHD～3诊断标准，无论分型；（2）本人理解研究内容，签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Meet the ICHD-3 diagnostic criteria for migraine, regardless of subtype; (2) Understand the content of the study and sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

正在参与其他临床研究的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients who are participating in other clinical studies.
