研究目的：

客观评价中药退黄散药浴防治新生儿黄疸的有效性。 观察中药退黄散药浴疗法的安全性。

Objectives of Study：

Evaluation of the effectiveness of traditional Chinese medicine Tuihuang San medicated bath in preventing and treating neonatal jaundice. The side effects and the safety of traditional Chinese medicine Tuihuang San medicated bath therapy.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

纳入标准 (1)符合上述诊断标准; (2)患儿年龄≤7天; (3)37周≤GA<42周的患儿; (4)出生体重≥2500g且≤4000g; (5)Apgar评分≥8分; (6) TCB于Bhutani曲线的第75-95百分位数之间; (7)患儿家属知情并同意参加本研究。

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria (1) Meets the above diagnostic criteria; (2) The age of the patient is ≤ 7 days; (3) Children aged 37 weeks ≤ GA<42 weeks; (4) Birth weight ≥ 2500g and ≤ 4000g; (5) Apgar score ≥ 8 points; (6) TCB is between the 75th and 95th percentiles of the Bhutani curve; (7) The family members of the patient were informed and agreed to participate in this study.

排除标准：

排除标准 (1)排除不符合上述诊断标准者; (2)排除达到换血标准的患儿; (3)排除皮肤有创伤的患儿; (4)排除有血管外溶血情况的患儿; (5)排除有感染指标的患儿; (6)排除患有先天性、遗传疾病(如先天性甲状腺功能低下、先天性UDPGT缺 乏、先天性胆管闭锁等)的患儿; (7)排除梗阻型黄疸患儿。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria (1) Exclude those who do not meet the above diagnostic criteria; (2) Exclude children who meet the criteria for blood exchange; (3) Exclude children with skin injuries; (4) Exclude children with extravascular hemolysis; (5) Exclude children with infection indicators; (6) Exclude congenital or genetic diseases (such as congenital hypothyroidism and congenital UDPGT deficiency) Children with congenital bile duct obstruction etc; (7) Exclude children with obstructive jaundice.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

数据采集 研究者采用手机端微信小程序“贵中医大一附临床循证”进行数据填写和上传。为保证数据的准确性，应由两个数据管理员独立进行双份录入并校对。再随机抽取若干份病例报告表和数据库中的数据进行人工比较，以确保数据库中的数据与原始CRF表中的结果一致。 数据录入同时发出疑问，如日期、入组标准、排除标准、脱落、缺失值等，特别对统计分析的重要指标利用计算机程序进行详细检查，由研究者对疑问表中的问题进行书面解答并签名后，再统一由研究助理录入系统。对于系统疑问，研究者应尽快予以解答，答疑后数据必要时可再次发出疑问。 数据审核与数据库锁定 系统中所有数据疑问解决后,“清洁”数据导出，交统计人员，由主要研究者、统计分析人员对数据进行数据审核，同时定稿统计计划书。数据盲态核查报告和统计计划书定稿后，锁定数据，并按统计分析计划进行统计分析。

Data auditing and database locking After all data doubts in the system are resolved the "clean" data is exported and handed over to the statisticians. The main researchers and statistical analysts will review the data and finalize the statistical plan. After finalizing the blind data verification report and statistical plan lock in the data and conduct statistical analysis according to the statistical analysis plan.
