研究目的：

采用随机、对照、多中心临床研究方法，对厌食康颗粒治疗儿童功能性消化不良（脾胃气虚证）进行临床疗效评价。

Objectives of Study：

Functional dyspepsia was studied using a randomized controlled multicenter clinical research method to evaluate the clinical efficacy of Yanshuikang granules in treating functional dyspepsia (spleen and stomach qi deficiency syndrome) in children.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

（1）符合儿童FD的西医诊断标准及中医证候诊断标准； （2）年龄1～14岁（≤14岁），无性别限制； （3）必须征得受试者的法定监护人的知情同意并自愿签署知情同意书；当受试者能做参加临床试验决定时，还必须征得受试者本人的同意。 （4）2周筛选期未使用治疗消化不良的相关药物，已建立良好的饮食习惯，FD症状仍存在。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Meets the Western and Traditional Chinese Medicine diagnostic criteria for pediatric FD; (2) Age range: 1-14 years old (≤ 14 years old) without gender restrictions; (3) The informed consent of the legal guardian of the subject must be obtained and a voluntary informed consent form must be signed; When participants are able to make decisions to participate in clinical trials their consent must also be obtained. (4) During the 2-week screening period no medication related to digestive disorders was used good dietary habits were established and FD symptoms still exist.

排除标准：

（1）器质性疾病引起的消化不良，如急慢性胃肠炎、消化性溃疡、胃肠手术史、急慢性肝炎、神经性厌食症、某些药物引起的厌食症； （2）同时治疗可引起便秘或胃肠道运动增强情况； （3）中、重度营养不良； （4）存在心血管、神经、呼吸、肝胆、泌尿系统等严重原发疾病； （5）精神障碍、智力障碍和/或沟通障碍； （6）对厌食康颗粒或盐酸赛庚啶片的成分过敏； （7）在过去12周内参加过临床试验； （8）研究者认为不宜参加本临床试验者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Digestive disorders caused by organic diseases such as acute and chronic gastroenteritis peptic ulcers history of gastrointestinal surgery acute and chronic hepatitis anorexia nervosa and anorexia caused by certain medications; (2) Simultaneous treatment can cause constipation or increased gastrointestinal motility; (3) Moderate to severe malnutrition; (4) Serious primary diseases such as cardiovascular neurological respiratory hepatobiliary and urinary systems exist; (5) Mental disorders intellectual disabilities and/or communication disorders; (6) Allergic to the ingredients of Yanshuikang granules or cyproheptadine hydrochloride tablets; (7) Participated in clinical trials within the past 12 weeks; (8) Researchers believe that participants should not participate in this clinical trial.

采用区组随机的方法，以中心为分层因素，层内按1：1的比例分为试验组、对照组。运用SAS统计软件，按12个中心的病例分配数及随机比例，生成随机数字分组表。

Using the method of block randomization with the center as the stratification factor the samples were divided into an experimental group and a control group in a 1:1 ratio within each layer. Using SAS statistical software generate a random number grouping table based on the number of cases assigned to 12 centers and the random ratio.
