研究目的：

主要目的：评价针药结合治疗子宫内膜异位症不孕的疗效。

Objectives of Study：

Main purpose: Evaluate the efficacy of acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine on endometriosis-associated infertility.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1.21-45岁有生育意愿的妇女； 2.接受腹腔镜保守手术治疗的患者； 3.符合子宫内膜异位症和不孕症诊断标准的患者： （1）子宫内膜异位症：病理组织学结果：病变中发现子宫内膜腺体和间质，并伴有炎症和纤维化； （2）不孕症：在12个月或更长时间无保护措施的定期性交后未能实现临床妊娠的妇女；这包括继发性不孕症，即前一次怀孕后未能怀孕。 4.丈夫精液分析正常； 5.签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1.Women aged 21 to 45 years with fertility intention; 2.Patients who have accepted the treatment of laparoscopic conservative operation; 3.Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria for both endometriosis and infertility: (1)endometriosis: histopathological results: endometrial glands and stroma found in the lesion, accompanied by inflammation and fibrosis; (2)infertility: women who fail to achieve a clinical pregnancy after 12 months or more of regular unprotected sexual intercourse; this includes secondary infertility which is a failure to conceive after a previous pregnancy. 4.Husbands semen analysis is normal; 5.Willingness to sign the consent form.

排除标准：

1.有其他不孕因素者（如多囊卵巢综合征、输卵管阻塞、免疫性不孕、生殖恶性肿瘤、生殖器官异常等）； 2.最近3个月内服用其他影响生殖功能或内分泌药物者； 3.不宜针灸者； 4.对中药过敏者； 5.有严重心血管、肝、肾、造血系统疾病的患者； 6.有传染病、精神病及其它病史者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Those who have other infertility factors (such as PCOS, tubal blockage, immune infertility, reproductive malignant tumor, reproductive organ abnormalities, and so on); 2.Those who have used other drugs that affect reproductive function or metabolism in the past 3 months; 3.Those who are not appropriate for acupuncture; 4.Those who have allergies to Chinese herbs; 5.Patients with serious cardiovascular, liver, kidney, and hematopoietic system diseases; 6.Patients with infectious diseases, mental illness, and other medical histories.
