研究目的：

骨性关节炎是一种慢性退行性骨关节疾病，其致残率高。各类治疗指南推荐中，非药物治疗具有重要作用。研究表明，运动疗法是骨性关节炎患者重要的非药物干预手段。太极拳和八段锦是我国传统运动功法，其运动以关节为核心，能外练筋骨、内养心神、行气活血、通畅经络。为此，本研究主要目的探讨传统运动疗法在骨性关节炎炎治疗中的作用。

Objectives of Study：

Osteoarthritis is a chronic degenerative bone and joint disease with a high disability rate. Non-drug therapy plays an important role in the recommendation of various treatment guidelines. Studies have shown that exercise therapy is an important non-drug intervention for patients with osteoarthritis. Taijiquan and Baduanjin are traditional sports exercises in China. Their movement takes joints as the core which can train muscles and bones outside nourish mind inside promote qi and blood circulation and smooth meridians. Therefore the main purpose of this study was to explore the role of traditional exercise therapy in the treatment of osteoarthritis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

（1）年龄≥60 岁；（2）符合中华医学会骨科学分会《中国骨关节炎诊治指南(2024 版)》中骨关节炎诊断标准的膝骨性关节炎患者;（3）疼痛症状出现三个月以上，膝痛评分 0 分＜VAS 疼痛评分＜7 分；西部安大略大学和麦克马斯特大学骨关节炎指数评分（Western Ontario and McMaster Universities Osteoarthritis Index,WOMAC）评分（0～240 分）≤120 分的轻中度患者；(4）意识清楚，认知功能正常，能够用文字或者语言进行正常沟通交流；（5）无需借助工具能够独立行走，能够自己完成适量的锻炼；（6）自愿参加本研究，并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Age ≥60 years old; (2) Patients with knee osteoarthritis who meet the diagnostic criteria of osteoarthritis in the "Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Osteoarthritis (2024 edition)" of the Chinese Academy of Osteology; (3) The pain symptoms appeared for more than three months and the knee pain score was 0 < VAS pain score < 7; Mild to moderate patients with Western Ontario and McMaster Universities Osteoarthritis Index (WOMAC) scores (0-240) ≤120; (4) clear consciousness normal cognitive function able to communicate normally in writing or language; (5) can walk independently without the aid of tools and can complete the appropriate amount of exercise by themselves; (6) Voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent.

排除标准：

（1）患有心功能衰竭、恶性肿瘤等严重基础疾病；（2）有严重抑郁等精神疾病、肿瘤患者及不能合作者；（3）曾有外伤史或韧带损伤及 6 个月以内有关节置换术患者；（4）关节严重畸形患者及急性期无法运动患者；（5）一个月内进行过膝 OA 的药物或物理治疗；（6）目前正在接受其他规律性运动锻炼（即每天至少 30min/周，每周至少 3 天）治疗的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) suffering from serious underlying diseases such as heart failure and malignant tumors; (2) severe depression and other mental diseases cancer patients and can not cooperate; (3) Patients with a history of trauma or ligament injury and relevant joint replacement within 6 months; (4) Patients with severe joint deformity and patients with acute inability to exercise; (5) Drugs or physical therapy for over-the-knee OA within one month; (6) Patients who are currently receiving other regular exercise (i.e. at least 30 minutes per day/week at least 3 days per week).
