研究目的：

本研究目的为探究针刺对提高下肢膝关节肌耐力的影响，研究使用等速测力仪测量膝关节力矩、功率以及做功值便于进行针刺前后对照同时观察运动过程中膝关节stiffness在针刺后的改变。

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study is to explore the effect of acupuncture on improving the endurance of knee joint muscles of lower limbs. It is convenient to measure the torque, power and work value of knee joint with isokinetic dynamometer before and after acupuncture and observe the changes of stiffness of knee joint after acupuncture during exercise.

近6个月有下肢肌肉骨骼损伤。

Exclusion criteria：

Lower limb musculoskeletal injury in recent 6 months.
