研究目的：

1.通过观察不同干预频率（每2周、3周进行一次）的穴位埋线疗法治疗脾虚湿阻型单纯性肥胖患者治疗前后体重、肥胖度(A)、体重指数(BMI)、腰围（WC）、臀围、腰臀比（WHR）、皮脂厚度、脂肪百分率（F%)等指标的变化情况，评价两组的临床疗效，为临床优化方案的选取提供证据。 2.建立穴位埋线疗法治疗脾虚湿阻型单纯性肥胖的临床标准操作规范，使临床诊疗标准化和规范化。 3.将研究成果制成推广应用手册，以便在临床推广应用。

Objectives of Study：

1.Evaluated the clinical efficacy of the two groups by observing the changes of body weight, obesity (A), body mass index (BMI), waist circumference (WC), hip circumference, waist-to-hip ratio (WHR), sebum thickness, fat percentage (F%) before and after treatment of simple obesity with spleen deficiency and dampness obstruction; 2.Establish the clinical standard of acupoint catgut embedding therapy in the treatment of simple obesity with spleen deficiency and dampness obstruction, and standardize the clinical diagnosis and treatment; 3.The research results are made into a general application manual for clinical application.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

1.符合上述西医诊断标准； 2.符合上述中医辨证分型标准； 3.年龄20～55 岁； 4.最近3个月内未曾接受其他任何减肥方式治疗； 5.自愿参加本研究并签署知情同意书者。

Inclusion criteria

1.Meet the diagnostic criteria of Western medicine mentioned above; 2.Conforms to the above-mentioned criteria of TCM syndrome differentiation; 3.Aged 20 to 55 years; 4.Have not received any other diet treatment in the last three months; 5.Voluntary participants in the study and the signing of informed consent.

排除标准：

1.继发性肥胖，如下丘脑、垂体疾病、甲状腺功能低下、皮质醇增多、胰岛素增多、性腺分泌变化及药物引起的继发性肥胖症患者； 2.合并有心、肝、肾、造血系统等重要器官或系统严重原发性疾病者；, 3.合并有神经、精神疾患而无法合作，或不愿合作者； 4.妊娠期或哺乳期妇女以及近期有生育计划者； 5.对酒精、动物蛋白过敏史者； 6.瘢痕体质患者； 7.最近 3 个月内曾接受其他任何减肥方式治疗者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Secondary obesity, such as thalamic, pituitary diseases, hypothyroidism, cortisol, insulin, gonadal secretion changes and drug-induced secondary obesity; 2.Persons with serious primary diseases of vital organs or systems such as heart, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system; 3.Complicated with neurological or psychiatric disorders and unable to cooperate or unwilling to cooperate; 4.Pregnant or lactating women and recent family planning; 5.History of alcohol and animal protein allergy; 6.Patients with scar constitution; 7.Those who have received any other diet treatment within the last three months.

本研究将符合纳入标准的126例单纯性肥胖患者，按照入组顺序进行编号，利用计算机SPSS 22.0软件进行随机分组，由不参与本项目的人员设定初始种子数(种子数相同的程序，将产生出相同的随机结果，即随机结果具有重现性)，随机分为2周组、3周组，两组比例为1:1。

For this study ,126 patients with simple obesity who met the inclusion criteria were numbered according to the group entry order, randomly grouped by computer SPSS 22.0 software.
