研究目的：

（1）对PHN伴负性情绪患者进行负性情绪的量化评估； （2）对PHN伴负性情绪患者进行舌象采集，运用人工智能技术（深度学习YOLO算法）对图像进行观察和分析； （3）总结PHN负性情绪各指标与舌象相关性。

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to (1) investigate quantitative evaluation of PHN patients with negative emotions; (2) collect tongue images of PHN patients with negative emotions, and analyze the images by using artificial intelligence technology (deep learning Yolo algorithm); (3) summarize the correlation between PHN negative emotions and tongue images.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

①符合诊断标准； ②年龄在18-75岁； ③视觉模拟评分（VAS）大于或等于4分；焦虑自评量表（SAS）和（或）抑郁自评量表（SDS）评分大于50分； ④病变部位在胸胁部、腰骶部及四肢者； ⑤意识清楚，认知功能完整，愿意配合实验并且签署知情同意书者。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Reach the diagnostic criteria for PHN; (2) The age range is between 18 and 75 years; (3) Score of VAS is greater than or equal to 4; Score of SAS and / or SDS were greater than 50; (4) The lesions were located in the chest, lumbosacral or limbs; (5) With clear consciousness, complete cognitive function, willing to cooperate with the experiment and sign the informed consent.

排除标准：

①特殊类型带状疱疹，如内脏带状疱疹、脑膜脑炎带状疱疹等； ②伴有严重的脏器组织系统疾病者； ③妊娠期或哺乳期妇女； ④精神或法律上的不健全的患者； ⑤近期经历过其他重大生活应激性事件或遭遇严重创伤者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) With special types of herpes zoster, such as visceral herpes zoster, meningoencephalitis, herpes zoster, etc. (2) With severe diseases of organ and tissue system; (3) Pregnant or lactating women; (4) With mentally or legally unsound patients; (5) Recently experience of other major life stress events or severe trauma.
