研究目的：

通过砭贴等不同针灸疗法对健康受试者右手内关穴进行干预，比较干预前后的皮肤红外、血流量等数据，来探究不同针灸疗法干预产生的经络效应的影响，选用毫针干预、砭贴干预、悬针干预和不做任何干预的组，通过比较各组主客观指标的变化，来探索不同疗法的经络效应。

Objectives of Study：

Intervene the Neiguan point on the right hand of healthy subjects through different acupuncture treatments such as Bianstone paste therapy, and compare the skin infrared and blood flow data before and after the intervention to explore the influence of the meridian effect produced by different acupuncture treatment interventions. In the intervention, suspension needle intervention and no intervention groups, the meridian effects of different therapies were explored by comparing the changes of subjective and objective indicators in each group.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

①受试者为健康人，既往身体健康，无其他相关疾病病史及家族遗传病； ②年龄 18-30 周岁青年； ③向受试者说明本研究的意义、目的、方法和安全性，受试者知情并同意； ④自愿参与本试验。

Inclusion criteria

1. The subject is a healthy person with no history of other related diseases and family genetic diseases; 2. Young people aged 18-30; 3. Explain to the subject the significance, purpose, method and safety of the study, and the subject The person knows and agrees; 4. voluntarily participate in this experiment.

排除标准：

①前臂检查部位有瘢痕、皮肤疾病者； ②近期有发热症状的受试者； ③依从性差，不能静坐半小时者； ④检查前一天至试验过程中饮酒或服用对检查有影响的药物者； ⑤受试当天女性受试者在月经期前后 3 天者； ⑥妊娠者； ⑦伴有心、肝、肾、脑、造血系统等原发性疾病者； ⑧有精神情志疾病、自主神经功能失调、特发性震颤者； ⑨焦虑自评量表 SAS≥50 分者或抑郁自评量表 SDS≥50 分者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Persons with scars or skin diseases on the forearm examination site; 2. Subjects with recent fever symptoms; 3. Poor compliance and unable to sit still for half an hour; 4. Patients who drank alcohol or took drugs that affect the examination the day before and during the test; 5. Patients whose female subjects were within 3 days before and after menstruation on the day of the test; 6. Pregnant persons; 7. Patients with primary diseases such as heart, liver, kidney, brain, hematopoietic system, etc.; 8. Mental diseases, autonomic dysfunction , Essential tremor; 9. Anxiety self-rating scale SAS≥50 points or depression self-rating scale SDS≥50 points.
