Objectives of Study：

To explore the effect of Yang's cupping combined with moxibustion on serum inflammatory factors in the treatment of post-stroke depression

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1、符合西医脑卒中诊断和抑郁症诊断； 2、符合中风病和郁证中医诊断； 3、HADM评分在8~35分之间 4、年龄在18~70岁之间 5、无其他对本研究疗效产生影响的其他疾病 6、知情同意并且有自主认知能力者

Inclusion criteria

1 consistent with Western medicine stroke diagnosis and depression diagnosis; 2 consistent with stroke and depression syndrome TCM diagnosis; 3. HADM score is between 8 and 35 points 4 age between 18 and 70 years old 5. No other diseases affecting the efficacy of this study 6. Informed consent and independent cognitive ability

排除标准：

1、不符合纳入标准者； 2、合并严重心血管疾病、传染性疾病、肾脏疾病以及肿瘤病人； 3、不适合灸法的病人； 4、正在服用其他精神类药物者； 5、酒精依赖者； 6、哺乳期、妊娠妇女； 7、有严重自残倾向者；

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those who do not meet the inclusion criteria; 2. Patients with severe cardiovascular diseases infectious diseases kidney diseases and tumors; 3 not suitable for patients with moxibustion method; 4. People who are taking other psychotropic drugs; 5 alcohol dependence; 6. Lactating and pregnant women; 7. People with serious self-harm tendencies;
