研究目的：

通过软组织张力分析系统对比手法干预前后神经根型颈椎病患者颈部肌肉张力，明确手法对颈部软组织的力学效应。

Objectives of Study：

Using the soft tissue tension analysis system to compare the neck muscle tension of patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy before and after the intervention, clarify the mechanical effect of the manipulation on the neck soft tissue.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1.年龄：18-65周岁： 2.颈痛伴有手麻及上肢放射性痛； 3.颈椎X光平片明确有“颈椎退行性病变”、“椎间孔变窄”； 4.由门诊医师确定诊断为“神经根型颈椎病”。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged 18 to 65 years; 2. Neck pain is accompanied by hand numbness and radiation pain of upper limbs; 3. Cervical X-ray plain film clearly shows "cervical degeneration" and "narrowing of the intervertebral foramina"; 4. The diagnosis of "cervical radiculopathy" is confirmed by the outpatient.

排除标准：

1.合并脊柱结核、脊椎肿瘤、脊髓炎、严重骨质疏松症； 2.疑似脊髓损伤、发育性椎管狭窄（椎管比值=椎管矢状径/椎体矢状径＜0.75）； 3.伴有严重心肺脑及血液病； 4.肝肾功能不全、上肢肌力≤3级； 5.治疗部位有严重皮肤病或皮损以及曾有颈椎手术史的患者； 6.孕期、哺乳期及经期妇女。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Combined with spinal tuberculosis, spinal tumors, myelitis, severe osteoporosis; 2. Suspected spinal cord injury, developmental spinal stenosis (spinal canal ratio = spinal canal sagittal diameter/vertebral body sagittal diameter < 0.75); 3. Accompanied by severe heart, lung, brain and blood diseases; 4. Liver and kidney dysfunction, upper limb muscle strength <= 3; 5. Patients with severe skin diseases or skin lesions at the treatment site and patients with a history of cervical spine surgery; 6. Women during pregnancy, lactation and menstruation.
