研究目的：

利用多中心、大样本的随机对照试验，验证针刺治疗慢性失眠的疗效及安全性

Objectives of Study：

To verify the efficacy and safety of acupuncture in the treatment of chronic insomnia by multi-center and large sample randomized controlled trial

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

（1）符合慢性失眠诊断标准；（2）年龄在18～65岁之间（含18岁及65岁）；(3)PSQI总分＞7分；（4）能独立完成各种评分量表的填写；（5）自愿参加本试验，患者或家属签署知情同意书者；（6）严格遵守试验规范，完成研究人员的治疗方案；同时符合以上6项者方可纳入本项研究

Inclusion criteria

(1) meeting the diagnostic criteria for chronic insomnia; (2) aged between 18 and 65 years old (including 18 and 65 years old); (3)PSQI total score > 7; (4) can independently complete the filling of various rating scales; (5) Patients who voluntarily participated in the trial and signed the informed consent form; (6) The study protocol was strictly followed and the treatment regimens of the investigators were completed; Patients who met the above 6 criteria were included in this study

排除标准：

（1）正处于哺乳或妊娠期的女性；（2）围绝经期和绝经期女性；（3）伴有其他睡眠障碍者；（4）不能承受针刺刺激，易晕针或针具过敏患者

Exclusion criteria：

(1) women who are breastfeeding or pregnant; (2) perimenopausal and menopausal women; (3) patients with other sleep disorders; (4) unable to withstand acupuncture stimulation susceptible to dizziness or allergy to needles
