研究目的：

1.尋找慢性下背痛病人除了接受中醫治療外的日常保健手法，從而促進醫社合作； 2.尋找簡易華佗五禽戲對病人生活質素的提升程度。

Objectives of Study：

1.To investigate the alternative therapy to treat lower back pain other than TCM therapy; 2.To investigate the level of improvement of Wuqinxi on lower back pain.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1.慢性下背痛患者（腰背部第十二肋和臀下皺裂之間的間斷性或持續性疼痛，伴有或不伴有股後外側放射痛，病程超過三個月）； 2.六十五歲以上之人士； 3.已退休人士； 4.簽署是次研究知情同意書之人士。

Inclusion criteria

1.Suffering from chronic lower back pain (intermittent or persistent pain between the 12th rib of the lower back and the inferior gluteal crease, with or without radiating pain posterolateral of the femur, lasting for more than three months); 2.Above 65 years old; 3.Retired; 4.Signed the consent form.

排除标准：

1.不符合診斷標準和納入標準者； 2.十年內曾接受下背部手術之人士； 3.曾確診腰部腫瘤、腰部感染、腰椎骨折及嚴重骨質疏鬆之人士； 4.無自理能力之人士； 5.正在接受除中醫外其他下背痛治療之人士； 6.妊娠期婦女。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Not fulfilling the diagnostic criteria and the inclusion criteria; 2.Having back surgery in the past 10 years; 3.Diagnosed with having lower back tumor, lower back infection, fracture of lumbar vertebra and serious osteoporosis; 4.Without self-care ability; 5.Receiving treatment for lower back pain other than Chinese medicine; 6.Pregnant women.
