研究目的：

通过浮针疗法治疗颈型颈椎病患者，与常规针刺比较，在主观量表评价基础上，运用剪切波弹性成像（shear wave elastography，SWE）评价治疗前后肌肉硬度的改变，量化浮针医学中“患肌”紧僵硬指标，为提高临床疗效及疗效评价提供客观参考依据。

Objectives of Study：

Patients with cervical spondylosis were treated with floating acupuncture, and compared with routine acupuncture.Based on the subjective scale evaluation, shear wave elastography (SWE) is used to evaluate the changes of muscle hardness before and after treatment, and quantify the stiffness index of "affected muscle" in floating acupuncture medicine, so as to provide objective reference for improving clinical curative effect and curative effect evaluation.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

①符合颈型颈椎病诊断标准； ②以颈肩部疼痛为主诉； ③通过触诊判断存在上斜方肌和/或胸锁乳突肌为患肌者； ④年龄在18~75岁之间； ⑤自愿参加此研究，并签署知情同意书者。

Inclusion criteria

①Those who meet the diagnostic criteria of cervical spondylosis. ②The chief complaint is neck and shoulder pain. ③The presence of superior trapezius muscle or sternocleidomastoid muscle was judged as "affected muscle" by palpation. ④The age is between 18 and 75. ⑤Voluntarily accept the study protocol and provide written consent.

排除标准：

①患有严重其他系统疾病，研究者认为不适合参加研究者； ②由于其他疾病如肩周炎、肌筋膜炎等所引起的颈痛者； ③接受过颈椎手术，或有严重颈椎先天畸形者； ④拒绝针灸或有任何针灸禁忌症患者； ⑤颈肩部皮肤存在破损、严重皮疹等不适宜行超声检查者； ⑥合并血液病、服用抗凝药物等出血风险高者。 ⑦孕妇。

Exclusion criteria：

①Suffering from other serious systemic diseases, the researchers believe that it is not suitable to participate in the researchers. ②Neck pain caused by other diseases such as scapulohumeral periarthritis and myofascitis ③Those who have undergone cervical surgery or have severe congenital deformities of the cervical spine ④Patients who refuse acupuncture or have any acupuncture contraindications ⑤The skin of neck and shoulder is damaged, severe rash and so on, which is not suitable for ultrasonic examination. ⑥Those with high risk of bleeding such as hematopathy or taking anticoagulants. ⑦Pregnant women.
