研究目的：

本研究拟通过观察量表评分探究针耳穴揿针配合普通针刺治疗频发性紧张型头痛（Frequent episodie tension-typeheadache，FETTH）的临床疗效，为临床治疗提供更可靠、更便捷、安全性更好的组合治疗⽅案。

Objectives of Study：

This study aimed to explore the clinical efficacy of auricular acupuncture combined with acupuncture in the treatment of Frequent tension typeheadache (FETTH) through the observation scale score so as to provide a more reliable more convenient and safer combination treatment plan for clinical treatment.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

（1）根据2018年《国际头痛分类》（ICHD-3）中的频发性紧张型头痛（FETTH）的诊断标准； （2）年龄区间分布在18周岁至65周岁之间； （3）愿意接受针灸治疗至少4周者； （4）患者自愿参与本临床试验，并接受治疗期间及结束后随访，签署知情同意书。 （5）生命体征平稳，神志清楚，能配合完成量表评定及治疗。

Inclusion criteria

(1) According to the diagnostic criteria of frequent tension-type headache (FETTH) in the International Classification of Headache Disorders (ICHD-3) 2018; (2) The age range was between 18 and 65 years old; (3) patients willing to accept acupuncture treatment for at least 4 weeks; (4) All patients volunteered to participate in this clinical trial and were followed up during and after treatment and signed informed consent. (5) The patient's vital signs were stable and his consciousness was clear and he could cooperate to complete the scale evaluation and treatment.

排除标准：

（1）过敏体质者(尤指对金属、胶布过敏者)； （2）伴有心脑血管或肝肺肾等原发性器质性疾病患者； （3）妊娠期或哺乳期妇女及准备妊娠及哺乳妇女； （4）精神或认知障碍患者，无法独立完成量表者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) people with allergic constitution (especially those who were allergic to metal or tape); (2) patients with primary organic diseases such as cardiovascular cerebrovascular liver lung and kidney; (3) women who were pregnant or breastfeeding or who are planning to become pregnant or breastfeeding; (4) patients with mental or cognitive impairment unable to complete the scale independently.
