研究目的：

研究益气补肾理血养胎方对不明原因复发性流产患者的改善作用，阐明该方对Th17/Treg平衡的调控作用。

Objectives of Study：

To study the effectiveness of Yiqi Bushen Lixue Yangtai decoction in patients with unexplained recurrent spontaneous abortion and clarify the mechanism of the decoction on controlling the balance between Th17 and Treg cell.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1. 自愿参加本研究，愿意按治疗方案用药和随访，并签署知情同意书； 2. 有2次及以上自然流产史； 3. 健康状况良好，临床体检和实验室检查（除RSA相关指标外），无明显异常； 4. 年龄在20-40岁； 5. 孕周<6周； 6. 月经周期正常，BBT形态正常； 7. 内分泌指标基本正常； 8. 磷脂抗体阴性； 9. TORCH IgM（-）； 10. 血型抗体<1：128； 11. 宫腔镜或HSG：至少一侧输卵管通畅，宫腔形态正常； 12. 丈夫精液常规正常； 13. 夫妇染色体核型正常。

Inclusion criteria

1. Subjects volunteer to participate in this study and sign the informed consent form; 2. Subjects with a history of two or more recurrent spontaneous abortions; 3. There is no obvious abnormality in physical examination and laboratory results except for RSA related indexes; 4. Aged 20 to 40 years old; 5. Gestation<6 weeks; 6. Normal menstrual cycle and basal body temperature; 7. Normal hormone levels; 8. Subjects with negative anti-phospholipid antibodies; 9. TORCH IgM negative; 10. Blood group antibody <1128; 11. Hysteroscopy or HSG: at least one side of fallopian tube is unobstructed and the anatomy of uterine cavity is normal; 12. Normal semen analysis result of the spouse; 13. Normal karyotype results of the couples.

排除标准：

1. 曾患过呼吸系统、内分泌、神经系统或心血管系统的较重疾病，或患有消化系统、泌尿生殖系统疾病； 2. 严重感染、肿瘤、免疫缺陷症。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Subjects who had experienced serious diseases, such as respiratory diseases, endocrine system diseases, nervous system, cardiovascular system disease, digestive system disease or diseases of the urogenital system; 2. Subjects who had experienced serious infection, tumors, or immunodeficiency diseases.
