研究目的：

观察结肠镜检查中肠道气泡清洁度与中医体质及焦虑抑郁状态的相关性，寻找肠道气泡高发人群进行提前干预，提高肠道准备质量。

Objectives of Study：

To observe the correlation between intestinal bubble cleaning during colonoscopy and TCM constitution and anxiety and depression state, and to find out the people with high incidence of intestinal bubble for early intervention to improve the quality of intestinal preparation.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

① 符合结直肠检查适应症诊断标准； ② 自愿参加并签署知情同意书； ③ 年龄：18-70岁，男女不限； ④ 有一定认知能力。

Inclusion criteria

1. meet the diagnostic criteria for colorectal examination; 2. voluntarily participate and sign the informed consent; 3. aged 18 to 70 years, male of female; 4. have a certain cognitive ability.

排除标准：

① 肠道梗阻、狭窄； ② 腹部手术（包括妇科手术、阑尾手术、腹腔镜手术等）； ③ 妊娠及哺乳期； ④ 有结肠镜检查禁忌症者； ⑤ 既往炎症性肠病患者； ⑥ 未能规范进行肠道准备。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Intestinal obstruction, stenosis; 2. abdominal surgery (including gynecological surgery, appendix surgery, laparoscopic surgery, etc.); 3. pregnancy and lactation; 4. contraindications for colonoscopy; 5. previous inflammatory bowel disease; 6. failed to regulate intestinal preparation.
