研究目的：

探索针刺足三里穴留针期间的脑功能动态变化规律，为临床选取最佳的针刺留针时间提供影像学依据

Objectives of Study：

To explore the dynamic changes of brain function during needle retention and provide imaging basis for selecting the best time of needle retention

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

①无神经、精神疾病病史 ②从未接受过针灸治疗 ③文化程度高中以上 ④右利手 ⑤无晕针史，无严重肝、肾、消化、造血系统基础病 ⑥年龄18-40岁 ⑦签署知情同意

Inclusion criteria

①No history of neurological or psychiatric disorders ② Never received acupuncture treatment ③High school education or above Right sharp hand ⑤No history of needle fainting no serious liver kidney digestive or haematopoietic system underlying disease ⑥ Age 18-40 years old ⑦ Signed informed consent

排除标准：

①失眠、抑郁、焦虑等精神系统疾病 ②最近3个月有精神类药物使用史，包括不限于抗抑郁药、安眠药等 ③有血缘关系的三代内亲属有精神系统疾病病史 ④幽闭恐惧症 ⑤针刺部位感染、过敏、创伤

Exclusion criteria：

①Insomnia depression anxiety and other psychiatric disorders ② history of psychotropic drug use in the last 3 months including but not limited to antidepressants sleeping pills etc. ③Relatives within three generations of blood relationship with a history of psychiatric disorders. ④Claustrophobia ⑤ Infection allergy or trauma at the site of needling.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

采用病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)记录，对研究人员进行统一培训，熟悉并掌握试验实施方案，以提高研究人员的内部观察一致性和观察者间的一致性，保证临床试验结论的可靠性。本研究数据接收与录入、数据核查、数据审核、数据库锁定、数据导出及传输、数据及数据管理文件的归档由专人执行。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Case Record Form (CRF) records were used and researchers were uniformly trained to be familiar with and master the trial implementation protocols in order to improve internal observation consistency and inter-observer consistency among researchers and ensure the reliability of clinical trial conclusions. Data reception and entry data verification data auditing database locking data export and transmission and archiving of data and data management documents for this study were performed by dedicated personnel.
