研究目的：

主要目的：基于子午流注择时理论，探讨五行音乐疗法对抑郁障碍患者抑郁情绪的临床效果。

Objectives of Study：

Main purpose: to explore the clinical effect of midnight-noon ebb-flow of five-element music therapy among young patients with depression.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1.符合诊断标准； 2.听力正常或矫正后正常； 3.年龄为18-45岁； 4.签署知情同意书； 5. 24项汉密尔顿抑郁量表（Hamilton Depression Scale,HAMD）得分20-35分。

Inclusion criteria

1. Meet the diagnostic criteria; 2. Normal hearing or normal after correction; 3. Aged 18 to 45 years; 4. Sign the informed consent; 5. Score 20-35 on the 24-item Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD).

排除标准：

1.合并有心脑血管、肝、肾等严重危及生命的原发性疾病者； 2.已接受其他实验,可能影响本研究的效应指标者； 3.现患抑郁症之外的其他精神疾病的患者； 4.继发于其他躯体疾病的抑郁； 5. 耶鲁布朗强迫症状量表(Yale-Brown Obsessive-Compulsive Scale,Y-BOCS)评分为大于15分，汉密尔焦虑量表（Hamilton Anxiety Scale，HAMA）评分大于21分，24项汉密尔抑郁（HAMD）评分大于35分； 6.不能完成治疗，依从性差。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with serious life-threatening primary diseases such as cardiovascular and cerebrovascular, liver and kidney; 2. Those who have undergone other experiments that may affect the effect indicators of this study; 3. Patients currently suffering from other mental illnesses other than depression; 4. Depression secondary to other physical diseases; 5. Yale-Brown Obsessive-Compulsive Scale (Y-BOCS) score is greater than 15 points, Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA) score is greater than 21 points, 24 items of Hamilton Depression (HAMD) score greater than 35; 6. Unable to complete the treatment, poor compliance.
