研究目的：

功能性便秘（functional constipation，FC）在亚洲人群中的患病率为14％，并呈逐年上升的趋势，是影响现代人生活质量的重要疾病之一。FC的非药物治疗是目前主要研究和发展的方向，是世界卫生组织推荐针灸治疗的优势病种之一，已有大量的临床研究证实针灸治疗本病安全有效。揿针是将特制针具固定于人体腧穴或特定部位的皮下，通过浅表组织埋针以期达到较长时间的持续性“针灸治疗”效果的一种简便易行方法，具有“浅刺”、“无针感”、“久留针”三大特点，且刺法安全，易于接受，操作简便，健康人群可通过医生指导自行安置，可节省大量的就医时间和医疗空间。本课题通过前期大量的文献回顾研究，筛选出针灸治疗功能性便秘的优化穴位处方并制定出揿针治疗FC的临床方案，进行基于真实世界的实用性病例对照研究，客观评价揿针治疗FC临床疗效，通过本研究为FC患者提供一种简、便、效、廉的治疗方案以临床推广运用。

Objectives of Study：

The prevalence of functional constipation (FC) in Asian population is 14%, and it is increasing year by year. FC is one of the important diseases that affect the quality of life of modern people. The non drug treatment of FC is currently the main research and development direction. It is one of the dominant diseases recommended by WHO for acupuncture treatment. A large number of clinical studies have confirmed that acupuncture is safe and effective in treating this disease. Press needle is a simple and easy method to fix the special needle on the subcutaneous of acupoints or specific parts of the human body, and bury the needle through superficial tissue in order to achieve a long-term continuous "acupuncture treatment" effect. It has three characteristics of "shallow needling", "no needling sensation" and "long stay needling". Moreover, the needling method is safe, easy to accept and easy to operate. Healthy people can be placed by themselves under the guidance of doctors It can save a lot of medical time and space. It can save a lot of medical time and medical space.Through a large number of previous literature review studies, this topic screened out the optimized acupoint prescription for acupuncture treatment of functional constipation, formulated the clinical scheme of pressing needle treatment of FC, conducted a practical case-control study based on the real world, objectively evaluated the clinical efficacy of pressing needle treatment of FC, and provided a simple, convenient, effective and inexpensive treatment scheme for FC patients through this study for clinical application

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

① 符合功能性便秘诊断标准。 ② 18岁≤年龄≤80岁，男女均可。 ③ 患者同意本研究并签署知情同意书。 注：同时符合以上3项的患者，方可纳入本项研究。

Inclusion criteria

① The diagnostic criteria of functional constipation were met. ② From 18 years old to 80 years old, both male and female. ③ Patients agreed to the study and signed informed consent. Note: patients meeting the above three criteria can be included in this study.

排除标准：

① 因胃肠道存在器质性病变者，如肿瘤、先天性巨结肠、炎症性肠病、消化性溃疡、癌症、及肛周疾病等致使胃肠道功能紊乱，肠道狭窄所引起的便秘。 ② 患有严重出血性疾病或高敏体质，对揿针过敏或有严重不良反应者。 ③ 针刺部位有皮肤破损或感染者。 ④ 严重认知功能障碍、严重营养不良、患有恶性肿瘤等一般状况差、无法配合检查及治疗者。 ⑤ 研究开始前8周内曾参加过其他临床实验者。 注：凡符合上述任何一条的患者，即应予以排除。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Constipation caused by gastrointestinal dysfunction and intestinal stenosis due to organic lesions in gastrointestinal tract, such as tumor, Hirschsprung's disease, inflammatory bowel disease, peptic ulcer, cancer, and perianal diseases. 2. Patients with severe hemorrhagic disease or hypersensitivity constitution, allergic to press needle or serious adverse reactions. 3. Patients with skin damage or infection at the needling site 4. Patients with severe cognitive impairment, severe malnutrition, malignant tumor and other poor general conditions, unable to cooperate with the examination and treatment. 5. Participants in other clinical trials within 8 weeks before the start of the study. Note: patients who meet any of the above criteria should be excluded.

随机方法（请说明由何人用什么方法产生随机序列）：

由课题负责人使用随机数字表产生随机序列。随机数字表法：按照入组顺序将患者编号1号到482号，随机选取随机数字表（表一）的某一列或者某一行，以某一数字为起点共482个数字，如对应数字为“26，........，02”，分别以研究对象的顺序匹配（表二），其中奇数为A组，偶数组为B组，若奇数组与偶数组不相等，应用随机法重新分配，比如A组239名，B组243名，则B组里需调出2名至A组，办法就是查原行随机数字表的第483号顺序数字-484号顺序数字，用得到的数字可能是00-99，再到B组中去取数字，如74则取B组中的第74个，若数字为00，则再后延查随机数字表的第485顺序数字，重复以上操作。数字为几，就将B组的第几号对象调入A组。
