Objectives of Study：

1. Analyze the effectiveness of acupoint application of Traditional Chinese medicine in treating acute bronchitis 2. Preliminary analysis of the effective population characteristics of acupoint application in the treatment of acute bronchitis 3. Preliminary analysis of the prescription characteristics of acupoint application of TRADITIONAL Chinese medicine in the treatment of acute bronchitis in effective population 4. Preliminary analysis of the reduction of antibiotic use in the treatment of acute bronchitis by acupoint application of Traditional Chinese medicine

纳入标准：

1病例诊断为急性气管-支气管炎的患者； 2有初诊记录且最少有一次完整复诊记录的患者。 3 年龄、性别不限。

Inclusion criteria

1 patient diagnosed as acute tracheo-bronchitis; 2 Patients with a record of initial visit and at least one complete return visit. 3.There is no age limit or gender limit.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

1.数据的导出 由春播万象云诊所电子诊疗平台工作人员导出数据，将电子数据库中2020年8月24日-2021年7月31日诊断为急性支气管炎的病例数据经过脱敏处理后导出到Excel2010软件。 2.数据的核查和清理 在数据清理的过程中对数据进行核查，对于误纳的病例进行剔除，对系统性错误的数据形成数据反馈表，由各中心医生或助理答疑。 3.数据的规范化处理 参照《中医常见症状术语规范》对兼夹症状信息进行规范化处理。 4.数据存档 数据审核无误后，以加密邮件形式传输统计人员，同时刻盘设密容灾存储，刻录光盘两份，数据管理室进行保存。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

1. Export data The data were exported by the staff of the electronic diagnosis and treatment platform of spring sowing vientiane cloud clinic. The case data of acute bronchitis diagnosed from August 24, 2020 to July 31, 2021 in the electronic database were desensitized and exported to Excel2010 software. 2. Data verification and clearing In the process of data cleaning, check the data, eliminate the cases that are wrongly accepted, form a data feedback form for the data that is systematically wrong, and the doctors or assistants of each center answer the questions. 3. Standardized processing of data According to the Terminology standard of Common Symptoms of Traditional Chinese Medicine, the information of double symptom was standardized. 4. Data archiving After the data is verified correctly, it will be transmitted to statisticians in the form of encrypted email. The same time disk will be set with dense Dr Storage, and two copies will be burned on CD for storage in the data management room.
