研究目的：

从临床研究方面探究针刺对压力性尿失禁的即时效应。采用随机对照的设计方法，运用经会阴盆底超声观察针刺对女性压力性尿失禁的即时盆底功能结构变化，客观体现针刺的即时效应，为远期疗效提供可靠客观数据。

Objectives of Study：

To explore the immediate effect of acupuncture on stress urinary incontinence from the perspective of clinical research. A randomized controlled design method was adopted to observe the immediate changes of pelvic floor function and structure of acupuncture on female stress urinary incontinence by transperineal pelvic floor ultrasound, so as to objectively reflect the immediate effect of acupuncture and provide reliable objective data for long-term curative effect.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

（1）合女性压力性尿失禁的诊断标准； （2）年龄为35～70岁,女性； （3）签署知情同意书，自愿参加研究者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Diagnosis in accordance with the diagnostic criteria for clinical symptoms and signs of SUI; 2. Aged 35 to 70 years female; 3. Participate in the study voluntarily and sign informed consent.

排除标准：

（1）尿失禁手术治疗史、盆腹腔手术史； （2）泌尿系畸形或盆腔器质性疾病； （3）盆腔脏器脱垂≥Ⅱ度； （4）症状性泌尿系感染； （5）残余尿＞50ml； （6）步行、上下楼、跑步不能或受限者； （7）一直使用可能影响膀胱功能的药物或正在接受压力性尿失禁专科治疗者； （8）伴有严重心、脑、肝、肾及造血系统和精神疾病患者，糖尿病、多系统萎缩、马尾神经病损、脊髓病变患者； （9）妊娠或哺乳期； （10）安装心脏起搏器，金属过敏或严重惧针者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. History of urinary incontinence surgery, pelvic cavity surgery; 2. Urological deformity or organic disease of the pelvic cavity; 3. Pelvic organ prolapse >= II; 4. Symptomatic urinary tract infection; 5. The residual urine > 50ml; 6. Unable to walk/climb stairs/run; 7. Keep taking medicine which may influence the function of bladder/accepting other treatment for incontinence; 8. With serious heart/brain/liver/kidney/blood system disease,mental disorder/diabetes/MSA/cauda equina disease/medulla spinalis disease; 9. Pregnant or lactation period; 10. Install with pacemaker; allergy to metal;fear of acupuncture.
