研究目的：

1、在全面检索彩超评估外周静脉血管文献的基础上，通过咨询专家及预试验结果，明确彩超评估静脉损伤的具体分级及诊断要点，建立彩超下留置针患者静脉损伤与恢复等级表，为诊断的实施和相关研究开展提供参考。 2、应用三黄软膏外敷，减轻留置针患者输液后的静脉损伤、促进患者静脉恢复。 3、依据临床指征拔除留置针，加以彩超客观评估，安全延长留置针的留置时间，增强静脉治疗的安全性，减轻患者痛苦的同时减少医疗费用。 4、发挥中医特色优势，结合彩超的客观图示，对三黄软膏减轻留置针输液后的静脉损伤、促进静脉恢复进行客观评估，进一步证实中医护理的有效性及科学性。

Objectives of Study：

1. On the basis of comprehensive retrieval of literature on the evaluation of peripheral vein vessels by color doppler ultrasound, the specific classification and diagnosis key points of the evaluation of vein injury by color doppler ultrasound are clarified through consulting experts and preliminary test results, and the grade table of vein injury and recovery of patients with indwelling needle under color doppler ultrasound is established, so as to provide reference for the implementation of diagnosis and relevant research. 2. Apply Sanhuang ointment externally to alleviate venous injury and promote venous recovery of patients after infusion with indwser. 3. The indwelling needle is removed according to clinical indications and objectively evaluated with color doppler ultrasound to safely extend the indwelling time of the indwelling needle, enhance the safety of intravenous therapy, relieve the patient's pain and reduce the medical cost. 4. Give full play to the characteristics and advantages of Traditional Chinese medicine, combined with the objective diagram of color doppler ultrasound, carry out an objective evaluation on sanhuang ointment to alleviate the vein injury after infusion of indwelled needle and promote vein recovery, and further confirm the effectiveness and scientific nature of traditional Chinese medicine nursing.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1. 年龄：18-85岁； 2. 输入药物：5<PH值<9，渗透压<600mOsm/L； 3. 穿刺部位：选择上肢肘部以下粗、直静脉； 4. 每日输入液体量<1500ml，滴速设定于60d/min左右； 5. 血管条件：依据Hagle Me血管等级法[20]评为0-1级； 6. 无合并血管基础性疾病及凝血系统疾病的患者； 7. 无血管急性损伤及局部慢性炎症患者； 8. 静脉穿刺一次成功的患者； 9. 自愿参加本次研究并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients aged 18-85 years; 2. Drug input: 5 < pH < 9, osmotic pressure < 600mosm / L; 3. Puncture site: thick and straight veins below elbow of upper limb were selected; 4. The daily input liquid volume is less than 1500ml, and the dropping rate is set at about 60d / min; 5. Vascular condition: grade 0-1 according to Hagle me vascular grading method [20]; 6. Those patients without vascular basic diseases and coagulation system diseases; 7. Patients without acute vascular injury or local chronic inflammation; 8. Patients with successful venipuncture at one time; 9. Patients who voluntarily participated in this study and signed informed consent.

排除标准：

1. 合并有长期慢性疾病史患者； 2. 输液治疗给药方案中含有发泡剂、静脉营养液者； 3. 谵妄、昏迷以及精神病患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with a long history of chronic diseases; 2. Patients with foaming agent and parenteral nutrition solution included in the administration plan of infusion therapy; 3. Delirium, coma and psychosis.
