研究目的：

1.通过评价生存质量评定量表（SF-36）、中医（肝郁脾虚）临床症状评分量表变化，明确中医五音疗法对亚健康肝郁脾虚证大学生的调节效应，为亚健康肝郁脾虚证调理提供临床依据； 2.1.基于“经络-脏腑相关”理论，通过红外热成像技术、激光散斑衬比成像技术观察健康人、亚健康肝郁脾虚证大学生干预前、亚健康肝郁脾虚证大学生五音疗法干预后体表经穴皮肤温度、血流灌注量的变化规律,为客观判读肝郁脾虚证亚健康人群异常红外热图和血流灌注量特征提供数字化依据，辅助中医临床辨证诊断。

Objectives of Study：

1.By evaluating the changes in the quality of life rating scale (SF-36) and the clinical symptom score scale of traditional Chinese medicine (liver depression and spleen deficiency), it is clear that the effect of TCM Five elements of music therapy on college students with sub-healthy liver depression and spleen deficiency syndrome, Provide clinical evidence for sub-healthy liver depression and spleen deficiency syndrome conditioning; 2.Based on the theory of "meridian-viscera correlation", observe the the changes of skin temperature and blood perfusion volume at acupoints of the body surface of healthy people and sub-health college students with liver depression and spleen deficiency syndrome before intervention, and sub-health college students with liver depression and spleen deficiency syndrome after intervention of TCM five-elements of music therapy by infrared thermal imaging technology and laser speckle contrast imaging technology,to provide a digital basis for objectively interpreting abnormal infrared heat maps and blood perfusion volume characteristics of sub-health people with liver depression and spleen deficiency syndrome, and assist in clinical diagnosis of traditional Chinese medicine.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1.健康人组： (1)年龄在18-30岁之间，性别不限。 (2)世界卫生组织确定健康的定义与10项标准，经病史调查排除相关系统性疾病，确诊为健康人。 2.亚健康组： (1)同时符合亚健康诊断和中医证候诊断标准者； (2)年龄18～30岁之间，性别不限； (3)通过现代医学系统检查未发现阳性指标，或者虽有部分指标的改变，但尚未达到西医学疾病的诊断标准； (4)近30日内未服用药物进行干预治疗，同时未参加其他的临床研究者； (5)愿意接受治疗，同时签署知情同意书并愿意配合病程1个月以上者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Healthy group: (1) The age is between 18-30 years old, and the gender is not limited. (2) The World Health Organization defines the definition and 10 criteria of health, excludes related systemic diseases through medical history investigation, and is diagnosed as healthy. 2. Sub-health group: (1) Those who meet the diagnostic criteria of sub-health and TCM syndromes at the same time; (2) The age is between 18 and 30 years old, and the gender is not limited; (3) No positive indicators have been found through the modern medical system inspection, or although some indicators have changed, they have not yet reached the diagnostic criteria of Western medical diseases; (4) Not taking drugs for intervention treatment in the past 30 days, and not participating in other clinical investigators; (5) Those who are willing to accept treatment, sign the informed consent form and cooperate with the disease course for more than 1 month.

排除标准：

1.健康组： (1)妊娠期或哺乳期的妇女； (2)有皮肤损伤、感染或瘢痕者。 2.亚健康组： (1)现代医学明确诊断的可能导致上述表现的疾病，如慢性疲劳综合征，焦虑症、抑郁症、失眠症等精神神经疾病患者； (2)妊娠期或哺乳期的妇女； (3)严重精神心理疾病或有严重自杀倾向患者； (4)发生亚健康之前有酗酒或其它药物依赖史； (5)排除有皮肤损伤、感染或瘢痕者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Healthy group: (1) Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding; (2) Those with skin damage, infection or scar. 2. Sub-health group: (1) Diseases clearly diagnosed by modern medicine that may cause the above manifestations, such as chronic fatigue syndrome, anxiety, depression, insomnia and other mental and neurological diseases; (2) Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding; (3) Patients with severe mental illness or serious suicidal tendencies; (4) A history of alcoholism or other drug dependence before the occurrence of sub-health; (5) Those with skin damage, infection or scar were excluded.
