研究目的：

①评估翼腭窝区精准电针刺激技术治疗慢性鼻窦炎的有效性和安全性。②改进鼻窦CT影像评分方法，提高影像学评估的精确性和客观性。③探索鼻窦CT影像改善与患者症状减轻之间的相关性。

Objectives of Study：

1. Evaluate the efficacy and safety of precise electroacupuncture stimulation in the pterygopalatine fossa region for treating chronic rhinosinusitis. 2.Optimize nasal sinus CT imaging scoring methodology to enhance the accuracy and objectivity of radiological assessments. 3. Investigate the correlation between improvements in nasal sinus CT imaging findings and clinical symptom alleviation in patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

临床试验： ①临床诊断为慢性鼻窦炎； ②年龄为18-65周岁； ③受试者对本研究知情同意，配合良好，并签署知情同意书。 数据库构建： ①纳入18-65岁之间的患者。②确诊为慢性鼻窦炎的患者，诊断必须明确，不接受任何不确定的诊断表述（如“疑似慢性鼻窦炎”或带有“？”的描述）。鼻窦CT表现为任意窦腔黏膜增厚≥0.5 cm，并且需有明确的医学报告支持。③纳入的CT影像必须达到高分辨率标准（HRCT），并且CT图像无明显伪影。④CT图像要求：必须包含完整的鼻窦区域，包括上颌窦、筛窦、额窦、蝶窦。切片厚度≤1mm，采用相同或相似的扫描参数。

Inclusion criteria

Clinical Trial 1.Clinical Diagnosis: Patients with a confirmed diagnosis of chronic rhinosinusitis. 2.Age: 18-65 years old. 3.Informed Consent: Subjects must provide written informed consent demonstrate full cooperation and sign the informed consent form. Database Construction 1.Inclusion Age: Patients aged 18-65 years. 2.Diagnostic Confirmation: Chronic rhinosinusitis must be definitively diagnosed; ambiguous descriptions (e.g. "suspected chronic rhinosinusitis" or statements with "?") are excluded. CT imaging must demonstrate mucosal thickening ≥0.5 cm in any sinus supported by definitive medical reports. 3.Imaging Quality: Only high-resolution CT (HRCT) scans with no significant artifacts are included. 4.CT Specifications: Scans must cover the complete nasal sinus regions (maxillary ethmoid frontal and sphenoid sinuses) with slice thickness ≤1 mm and consistent scanning parameters.

排除标准：

临床试验： ①有严重合并症的患者：如严重心脏病、肾功能衰竭、或其他重大器官功能障碍；以及有凝血功能障碍者，或长期服用抗凝药物者。②急性鼻窦炎或其他急性感染，以及需针刺部位破溃等患有皮肤疾病等患者。③孕妇或哺乳期妇女，近一年需备孕人员。④过敏历史：对针灸治疗中使用的任何材料（如金属针、酒精）有已知过敏反应的患者。⑤接受过相关手术治疗，可能影响治疗效果或造成数据解释的复杂性。⑥使用影响结果评估的药物：例如，参与者正在使用长期或系统性的皮质类固醇或抗生素治疗，这些药物可能影响治疗结果。⑦精神疾病或认知功能障碍：无法理解研究内容或自主签署知情同意书的患者。⑧参与其他临床试验：在过去的60天内参与过其他临床试验的受试者，为避免交叉干扰和安全风险。 数据库构建： ①手术史：排除有鼻窦或鼻腔手术史的患者。需通过病历记录和CT报告确认，确保病史中明确无鼻窦相关手术（如鼻息肉切除、鼻中隔手术、鼻窦开放手术等）。②影像质量不佳：排除CT影像存在伪影、模糊或关键解剖结构缺失的病例。③同时伴有其他与鼻窦炎不相关的疾病（如肿瘤、重大全身性疾病等）或影像上可能影响鼻窦影像解读的病变。

Exclusion criteria：

Clinical Trial Exclusion Criteria 1.Severe Comorbidities: Patients with severe conditions (e.g. cardiac disease renal failure major organ dysfunction) or coagulation disorders including those on long-term anticoagulant therapy. 2.Acute Infections or Skin Conditions: Individuals with acute sinusitis other acute infections or skin lesions at needle insertion sites. 3.Pregnancy and Lactation: Exclude pregnant or lactating individuals as well as those planning pregnancy within the next year. 4.Allergy History: Patients with documented allergies to materials used in acupuncture (e.g. metal needles alcohol). 5.Prior Surgery: Patients with a history of nasal or sinus surgery (e.g. polypectomy septoplasty sinusotomy) that may confound treatment outcomes. 6.Medication Interference: Participants using systemic corticosteroids or antibiotics that could affect efficacy assessments. 7.Cognitive or Psychiatric Disorders: Patients unable to provide informed consent due to cognitive impairment or psychiatric conditions. 8.Recent Trial Participation: Exclusion of individuals enrolled in other clinical trials within the past 60 days to avoid crossover effects. Database Construction Exclusion Criteria 1.Surgical History: Exclude patients with prior nasal/sinus surgery verified via medical records and CT reports. 2.Poor Imaging Quality: Cases with CT artifacts blurring or incomplete anatomical coverage of key sinus structures (e.g. maxillary ethmoid frontal sphenoid sinuses). 3.Confounding Pathologies: Patients with unrelated systemic diseases (e.g. tumors) or imaging findings that obscure sinus evaluation.
