研究目的：

本研究旨在开发并验证一套以八段锦为基础的运动干预方案，促进青少年反刍思维的适应性转化。通过干预研究评估其对反刍思维的即时和延迟影响，进一步探索传统养生运动在青少年心理健康干预中的理论价值与实际应用路径。

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to develop and validate an exercise intervention program based on Baduanjin to promote the adaptive transformation of rumination in adolescents. Through intervention research the study will assess both the immediate and delayed effects on rumination and further explore the theoretical value and practical application of traditional health-preserving exercises in adolescent mental health interventions.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

年龄15–18岁;身心健康,无重大心理障碍或运动禁忌;近三个月未参加过类似的身体-心理干预课程;自愿参与并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

Aged 15–18 years; physically and mentally healthy with no major psychological disorders or exercise contraindications; have not participated in similar physical-psychological intervention programs in the past three months; voluntarily agree to participate and sign an informed consent form.

排除标准：

患有严重心脑血管疾病或其他运动禁忌;存在药物依赖或精神活性物质使用史;干预期间无法保证稳定参与;在实验开始前或过程中退出者。

Exclusion criteria：

Suffering from severe cardiovascular or cerebrovascular diseases or other exercise contraindications; history of drug dependence or use of psychoactive substances; unable to ensure consistent participation during the intervention period; individuals who withdraw before or during the experiment.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

数据通过纸质版病例记录表（CRF）进行采集，之后录入Microsoft Excel进行整理与初步分析。所有数据在分析前均已匿名化，访问权限仅限研究团队内部人员。

Data were collected using paper-based case record forms (CRFs) and later entered into Microsoft Excel for storage and basic analysis. All data were anonymized before analysis and access was restricted to the research team.
