研究目的：

本研究的目的主要是了解女大学生自我使用艾灸贴对缓解原发性痛经的效果。 具体有以下几方面： （1）了解18-30周岁女性痛经情况； （2）对比CMSS量表得分以及长海痛尺得分在热敷组与艾灸组之间的差异； （3）探究CMSS量表得分以及长海痛尺得分在不同施灸频次下的差异； （4) 探究艾灸后患者CMSS量表中疼痛持续时间有关条目总得分改变情况; （5) 探究艾灸后患者CMSS量表中疼痛程度有关条目总得分改变情况； （6）探究艾灸后患者长海痛尺得分情况。

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study was mainly to find out the effect of self-use of moxa stickers on the relief of primary dysmenorrhea among female college students. Specifically there are the following aspects: (1) To find out the status of dysmenorrhea in women aged 18-30 years old; (2) To compare the CMSS scale scores as well as the Changhai pain scale scores between the hot compress group and the moxibustion group; (3) To investigate the differences in CMSS scores and Changhai Pain Scale scores between different frequency of moxibustion application; (4) To investigate the changes in the total scores of the items related to pain duration in the CMSS scale in patients after moxibustion. (5) To investigate the changes in the total scores of the entries related to pain level in the CMSS scale in patients after moxibustion; (6) To investigate the change in the total scores of the entries related to the Long Sea Pain Scale in patients after moxibustion.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

纳入标准 （1）自愿参加本研究，签署知情同意书； （2）精神意识正常，能够正常沟通社交；具有良好的依从性可独立完成实验者； （3）年龄在18-30周岁的女性且月经周期及持续时间基本规律； （4）CMSS积分＞10分； （5）长海痛尺得分≥4分。 排除标准： （1）严重盆腔及腹部器质性疾病者（包括有和不明确知晓是否有）； （2）艾灸部位皮肤破溃受损及对烟雾、热、艾灸过敏者。

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion Criteria (1) Voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent form; (2) Normal mental consciousness able to communicate and socialize normally; those who have good compliance and can complete the experiment independently; (3) Women aged 18-30 years old with regular menstrual cycle and duration; (4) CMSS score >10; (5) A score of ≥4 on the Nagai pain scale.

排除标准：

排除标准 （1）严重盆腔及腹部器质性疾病者（包括有和不明确知晓是否有）； （2）艾灸部位皮肤破溃受损及对烟雾、热、艾灸过敏者。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria (1) Those with severe organic pelvic and abdominal diseases (including those with and those who are not clearly known to have them); (2) Those with broken and damaged skin at the moxibustion site and those who are allergic to smoke heat or moxibustion.
