研究目的：

1. 聚焦乳腺癌“肝郁证”的中医证候科学内涵阐释，运用转录组学、蛋白质组学、代谢组学探索该证候多组学生物信息； 2. 运用深度学习图神经网络模型算法对乳腺癌“肝郁证”多组学数据进行整合分析，探索乳腺癌“肝郁证”关键生物学信息，深入挖掘该证候生物学特征； 3. 采用知识图谱构建乳腺癌“肝郁证”多组学数据的可视化呈现，为中医证候的科学内涵阐释、证候生物学信息挖掘提供创新方法学示例，并促进以该方法学研究成果为核心的知识图谱转化应用平台的建立。

Objectives of Study：

1. Focus on elucidating the scientific connotation of the "Liver Depression Syndrome" in breast cancer from the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) syndrome differentiation. Utilize transcriptomics proteomics and metabolomics to explore the multi-omics biological information of this syndrome. 2. Apply deep learning graph neural network model algorithms to integrate and analyze the multi-omics data of the "Liver Depression Syndrome" in breast cancer aiming to uncover key biological information and delve deeper into the biological characteristics of this syndrome. 3. Employ knowledge graphs to construct a visual representation of the multi-omics data related to the "Liver Depression Syndrome" in breast cancer. This will provide an innovative methodological example for the scientific interpretation of TCM syndromes and the mining of syndrome-related biological information and facilitate the establishment of a knowledge graph transformation and application platform centered around the findings of this methodological research.

纳入标准：

1. 疾病受试者符合诊断标准； 2. 年龄18-70岁女性患者； 3. 自愿参加该项研究，并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. The subjects with the disease meet the diagnostic criteria. 2. Female patients aged between 18 and 70 years. 3. Voluntary participation in the study and signing of the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1. 合并伴有其他恶性肿瘤； 2. 合并肝、肾、造血系统等严重原发性疾病； 3. 妊娠或哺乳期妇女。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Concurrent presence of other malignant tumors. 2. Coexisting severe primary diseases of the liver kidney hematopoietic system etc. 3. Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding.
