研究目的：

1、针药平衡麻醉技术在胸外科tubeless手术中的效果 2、采用电针评估痛阈导向的胸外科快速康复手术术后阿片类药物镇痛的新模式

Objectives of Study：

1. The effect of balanced anesthesia with acupuncture and medication in tubeless surgery for thoracic surgery 2. A new model of postoperative opioid analgesia in rapid recovery surgery of thoracic surgery based on pain threshold assessment using electro-acupuncture

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1、全麻下胸腔镜肺部手术治疗患者； 2、ASA I-III级； 3、年龄＞＝18岁且＜＝80岁； 4、BMI＜＝25； 5、心功能I-Ⅱ级，肺功能正常或轻-中度障碍； 6、签署知情同意书并保证试验依从性。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients undergoing thoracoscopic lung surgery under general anesthesia; 2. ASA I-III grade; 3. Age >= 18 years and <= 80 years; 4. BMI <= 25; 5. Cardiac function I-II grade normal or mild-to-moderate pulmonary dysfunction; 6. Signed informed consent and guaranteed trial compliance.

排除标准：

1、术中大量出血； 2、术中胸腔广泛黏连； 3、术中改变术式（如转开胸、未做肺切除）； 4、手术时间＞3小时； 5、更改为气管插管麻醉； 6、精神类疾病及认知功能障碍； 7、既往肺部手术史和慢性疼痛史； 8、长期使用镇痛药物者； 9、房颤患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Massive bleeding during the operation; 2. Widespread adhesions in the thoracic cavity during the operation; 3. Changes in the surgical approach (such as converting to thoracotomy not performing lung resection); 4. Surgery duration > 3 hours; 5. Switch to endotracheal intubation anesthesia; 6. Mental disorders and cognitive dysfunction; 7. Previous history of lung surgery and chronic pain; 8. Those who have been using analgesics for a long time; 9. Patients with atrial fibrillation.

随机方法（请说明由何人用什么方法产生随机序列）：

研究负责人按照纳入标准和排除标准筛选病例，按照申请随机号码流程获得随机号码，随机分配编码由统计学专业人员采用SAS 9.4软件在计算机上模拟产生，研究者按受试者就诊先后顺序申请入组，由系统自动生成随机编号，根据编号对应的组别使用相应的治疗，分为针药平衡麻醉组（AMBA）和非针药平衡麻醉组（NAMBA）

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

The research leader screened the cases according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria obtained the random numbers through the application of the random number process and randomly assigned the codes. These codes were generated by statistical professionals using the SAS 9.4 software on the computer. The researchers applied for enrollment in the study based on the chronological order of the patients' visits and the system automatically generated the random numbers. According to the corresponding groups indicated by the numbers the appropriate treatments were used. The study was divided into the acupuncture-medicine balance anesthesia group (AMBA) and the non-acupuncture-medicine balance anesthesia group(NAMBA).
