研究目的：

本研究意在明确针刺疗法对于IUA的治疗效果，对比针刺治疗与假针刺治疗在改善患者月经情况、症状等方面的差异，量化评估针刺提高总有效率的作用，以期对针刺治疗轻中度IUA进行疗效检验及为IUA患者健康维护提供新思路，并为临床治疗提供参考意见，促进针灸优势病种的推广应用。

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to clarify the therapeutic effect of acupuncture therapy on intrauterine adhesions (IUA) compare the differences between acupuncture treatment and sham acupuncture treatment in improving patients' menstrual conditions and symptoms quantitatively evaluate the role of acupuncture in increasing the total effective rate. It is intended to test the curative effect of acupuncture in the treatment of mild to moderate IUA provide new ideas for the health maintenance of IUA patients offer reference opinions for clinical treatment and promote the popularization and application of acupuncture in dominant disease categories.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

（1）符合上述西医、中医诊断标准； （2）年龄20-45岁； （3）近1个月内未实行过激素治疗； （4）患者及家属均知晓本次实验，并自愿签署知情同意书，能接受并坚持治疗方案，可配合相关检查及随访者。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Meeting the above diagnostic criteria for Western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine; (2) Aged 20-45 years old; (3) No hormone therapy administered within the past 1 month; (4) The patient and family members are both aware of the experiment voluntarily sign the informed consent form can accept and adhere to the treatment plan and can cooperate with relevant examinations and follow-ups.

排除标准：

（1）严重心脑血管、肝脏、肾脏、血液系统疾病等患者； （2）合并有生殖器结核、生殖道炎症、生殖系统缺陷和畸形者； （3）合并子宫肌瘤、息肉、囊肿、子宫恶性肿瘤、内分泌疾病等或生理性问题如妊娠、生理性闭经导致月经异常者； （4）伴有精神疾病或意识障碍者； （5）对本研究所用药物过敏，或有针灸禁忌者； （6）失访或依从性差者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases liver diseases kidney diseases hematological system diseases etc.; (2) Patients complicated with genital tuberculosis genital inflammation genital system defects and deformities; (3) Patients complicated with uterine fibroids polyps cysts uterine malignant tumors endocrine diseases etc. or those with menstrual abnormalities caused by physiological problems such as pregnancy and physiological amenorrhea; (4) Patients with mental disorders or disturbance of consciousness; (5) Patients allergic to the drugs used in this study or those with acupuncture contraindications; (6) Patients with loss to follow-up or poor compliance.
