研究目的：

主要研究目的： 1.评价平衡舒筋手法治疗脑卒中后痉挛性瘫痪的有效性及安全性。 次要研究目的： 1.分析平衡舒筋手法治疗脑卒中后痉挛性瘫痪的适宜人群及疗效特点。 2.分析真实世界中影响平衡舒筋手法治疗脑卒中后痉挛性瘫痪临床疗效的相关因素。 3.评价平衡舒筋手法治疗脑卒中后痉挛性瘫痪的患者依从性及卫生经济学评价。

Objectives of Study：

1. Primary objective (1) To investigate the safety and effectiveness of Pinghengshujin Tuina for post-stroke spasticity. 2. Secondary objective (1) The clinical effectiveness and suitable population characteristics of Pinghengshujin Tuina for post-stroke spasticity will also be identified. (2) The key factors affecting the clinical effectiveness of Pinghengshujin Tuina for post-stroke spasticity will also be identified. (3) To investigate the medical economy and compliance of of Pinghengshujin Tuina for post-stroke spasticity.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

推拿（平衡舒筋手法）

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Pinghengshujin Tuina

纳入标准：

1.年龄≥18岁； 2.明确的脑卒中病史，具体诊断参考中华医学会神经病学分会发布的《中国各类主要脑血管病诊断要点2019》中脑梗死或脑出血的诊断标准； 3.具有肢体痉挛表现，采用改良Ashworth痉挛标准，评定上肢或下肢至少有一组肌群评分≥1； 4.患者或其法定代理人同意并愿意签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age>=18 years old; 2. Meet the 2019 Stroke diagnostic criteria; 3. Ashworth score>=1 points (Upper or lower limbs); 4. The patient or their legal representative is able and willing to sign an informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.非脑卒中所导致的肢体痉挛，如：多发性硬化、颅脑外伤、脊髓损伤等疾病； 2.痉挛肢体伴有严重的肌肉骨骼系统疾病，如骨折、截肢、重度关节炎等； 3.痉挛肢体的皮肤合并有严重损伤、重度感染等； 4.合并有血压、心率等生命体征不平稳，或严重心肺疾病等情况，研究者认为不适合参加本研究； 5.因精神疾患、认知或情绪障碍无法理解和/或服从研究程序和/或随访。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Spasticity is associated with other disease. Such as multiple sclerosis or craniocerebral trauma or spinal cord injury etc.; 2. Spastic limbs are associated with severe musculoskeletal disorders. Such as fractures or amputations or severe arthritis etc.; 3. The skin of Spastic limbs has serious injury or severe infection; 4. Unsuitable for this study due to conscious disorder unstable vital signs or serious cardiopulmonary diseases; 5. Inability to complete the study procedures such as mental or emotional disorders severe audio-visual disorders.
