研究目的：

以慢性非特异性腰痛患者为研究对象，通过近红外脑功能成像观察热敏灸机器人雀啄灸与温和灸艾灸得气时，不同脑区血流动力学以及脑功能连接度的特征变化，从而分析热敏灸机器人雀啄灸手法得气效应的特异性，比较热敏灸机器人雀啄灸与温和灸的临床疗效差异。

Objectives of Study：

Taking patients with chronic nonspecific low back pain as the research subjects the characteristic changes of hemodynamics and brain functional connectivity in different brain regions during the acquisition of qi by the heat-sensitive moxibustion robot sparrow pecking moxibustion and the mild moxibustion were observed through near-infrared brain functional imaging. Thus the specificity of the qi acquisition effect of the heat-sensitive moxibustion robot sparrow pecking moxibustion technique was analyzed and the differences in clinical efficacy between the heat-sensitive moxibustion robot sparrow pecking moxibustion and the mild moxibustion were compared.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

①符合慢性非特异性腰痛西医、中医诊断标准者； ②右利手，年龄在18至70岁之间； ③近1个月未接受其他腰痛相关治疗； ④视觉模拟评分（VAS）≥3分，改良日本骨科学会腰痛评分（M-JOA）＞10分； ⑤受试者神志清楚，能够正确表达灸感，在对本试验充分理解的基础上，受试者表示自愿参加，同时签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

① Those who meet the diagnostic criteria for chronic nonspecific low back pain in both Western and traditional Chinese medicine; ② Right-handed aged between 18 and 70; ③ No other treatments related to low back pain have been received in the past month. ④ Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) ≥3 points Modified Japanese Orthopaedic Association Low Back Pain Score (M-JOA) > 10 points; ⑤ The subjects were conscious and could correctly express the moxibustion sensation. On the basis of a full understanding of this trial the subjects expressed their willingness to participate and signed the informed consent form at the same time.

排除标准：

①腰痛持续时间少于12周者； ②有明确病理改变者，如感染、肿瘤、结核、畸形、腰椎间盘突出症、神经根综合征或马尾综合征、骨折、严重骨质疏松症等；合并有明显的脊髓受压症状或神经根损伤症状者； ③合并有心脑血管、肝肾、肺和造血系统等严重原发性疾病,精神病患者； ④妊娠期、哺乳期妇女；存在严重的基础疾病：如免疫功能缺陷、血液系统疾病、恶性肿瘤、感染性疾病等； ⑤晕灸者或排斥热敏灸者。

Exclusion criteria：

① Those with low back pain lasting less than 12 weeks; ② Those with clear pathological changes such as infection tumor tuberculosis deformity lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion nerve root syndrome or cauda equina syndrome fracture severe osteoporosis etc. Those with obvious symptoms of spinal cord compression or nerve root injury; ③ Patients with severe primary diseases such as cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases liver and kidney diseases lung diseases and hematopoietic system diseases and those with mental illness; ④ Pregnant and lactating women; There are serious underlying diseases: such as immune deficiency blood system diseases malignant tumors infectious diseases etc. ⑤ Those who experience fainting moxibustion or reject heat-sensitive moxibustion.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

1.病例记录表:每个入选病例都必须完成研究资料报告表(CRF)。全部临床试验资料进行要善保存和管理，临床观察结果采用第三者记录方法填写在统一印刷的病例观察表上。 2,建立数据库:根据方案及病例观察表规定的观察项目，采用Excel软件建立数据库，数据分别独立进行双人录入；数据核查，随机抽取10%的研究资料报告表人工检查。 3.资料保密与汇总:在研究完成之前，我们将对干预期的登记资料进行严格的保密管理，以确保数据的安全性和隐私保护。待研究结束后，我们将对全部资料进行汇总分析。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

1.Case Record Form: Each enrolled case must complete the Research Data Report Form (CRF). All clinical trial data should be properly preserved and managed. The clinical observation results should be filled in the uniformly printed case observation form using the third-party recording method. 2. Establish a database: According to the observation items stipulated in the plan and the case observation table a database is established using Excel software and the data are independently entered by two people respectively. Data verification: Randomly select 10% of the research data report forms for manual inspection. 3. Data Confidentiality and Summary: Before the completion of the research we will strictly manage the confidentiality of the registration data during the intervention period to ensure the security and privacy protection of the data. After the research is completed we will summarize and analyze all the data.
