研究目的：

通过基于藏药浴治疗基础上联合藏药涂擦红外线照射干预腰椎间盘突出症患者疼痛，对照单纯使用全身藏药浴治疗腰椎间盘突出症疼痛的疗效，探讨藏药浴联合藏药涂擦在临床护理中的应用价值。

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the efficacy of combining Tibetan medicine bath therapy with Tibetan medicine paste application and infrared radiation intervention in relieving pain in patients with lumbar disc herniation, compared to the use of solely whole-body Tibetan medicine bath therapy for lumbar disc herniation pain, exploring the clinical nursing application value of combined Tibetan medicine bath and paste application.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

①25-65岁，符合腰椎间盘突出症诊断；②主诉腰、腿疼痛明显的患者；③无腰椎手术指征；④腰椎手术后1年以上；⑤无精神、认知、智力、视听障碍，可正常沟通；⑥签署知情同意书并全程参与研究的患者。

Inclusion criteria

①Aged between 25 and 65 meeting the diagnostic criteria for lumbar disc herniation.②Patients with a chief complaint of significant low back and leg pain③No Indication for Lumbar Spine Surgery④More than one year after lumbar spine surgery⑤No mental cognitive intellectual visual or auditory impairments can communicate normally.⑥Patients who signed the informed consent form and participated in the study throughout.

排除标准：

①不符合诊断标准；②对本研究相关方法不适应、相关药物及酒精过敏的患者；③伴随严重器质性病变、严重心脑血管疾病的患者；④存在认知功能障碍或精神病的患者；⑤中途退出研究或经医师评估改用其他方式治疗的患者；⑥伴有皮肤疾病或破损；⑦处于孕期、哺乳期、月经期女性；⑧具有明确手术指征者。

Exclusion criteria：

① Does not meet the diagnostic criteria;② Patients who are not suitable for the methods related to this study have allergies to relevant drugs and alcohol;③ Patients with severe organic lesions severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases;④ Patients with cognitive dysfunction or mental illness;⑤ Patients who withdrew from the study or were assessed by physicians to switch to other treatment methods;⑥Accompanied by skin diseases or lesions;⑦Women who are pregnant breastfeeding or menstruating;⑧Patients with clear indications for surgery.
