研究目的：

主要目的：1、探究颈椎旋转手法咔哒声响对脑电信号的影响；2、揭示咔哒声响的临床意义。 次要目的：1、评估研究对象疼痛与情绪状态关联性；2、验证颈椎旋转手法即时效果；3、建立神经根型颈椎病患者静息态脑电特征数据库。

Objectives of Study：

Primary Objectives: To investigate the effects of cervical rotation manipulation-induced clicking sounds on electroencephalographic (EEG) signals; To elucidate the clinical significance of clicking sounds. Secondary Objectives: To assess the correlation between pain and emotional states in study subjects; To validate the immediate therapeutic effects of cervical rotation manipulation; To establish a resting-state EEG characteristic database for patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

神经根型颈椎病受试者：自愿签署知情同意书；年龄18-45岁；经《神经根型颈椎病诊疗规范化的专家共识》中，典型的根性压迫症状、X射线片或CT检查显示颈椎间盘突出症的变化，如颈椎关节增生、椎间隙狭窄等，MRI显示神经根受压、臂丛牵拉试验或椎间孔试验阳性，诊断为神经根型颈椎病的患者；近期无炎症感染以及无各类型关节炎发作；愿意参与此研究。 健康受试者：自愿签署知情同意书；年龄18-45岁；经《Ⅰ期/BE 临床试验健康受试者/参与者管理专家共识》进行判断为健康受试者；愿意参与此研究。

Inclusion criteria

Subjects with Cervical spondylotic radiculopathy: voluntarily sign informed consent; Age 18-45 years old; According to the Expert Consensus on the Standardized Diagnosis and Treatment of Cervical radiculopathy typical symptoms of root compression X-ray or CT examination showed changes of cervical disc herniation such as cervical joint hyperplasia vertebral space stenosis etc. MRI showed positive nerve root compression brachial plexus pull test or foraminal test and the patient was diagnosed as cervical radiculopathy. No recent inflammation and infection and no different types of arthritis; Willing to participate in this study. Healthy subjects: sign informed consent voluntarily; Age 18-45 years old; Healthy subjects were judged by the Expert Consensus on Management of Healthy Subjects/Participants in Phase I /BE clinical Trials; Willing to participate in this study.

排除标准：

神经根型颈椎病受试者：伴有脊髓病变、合并肝肾疾病、心脑血管、呼吸系统疾病患者；伴有血液病、糖尿病、自身免疫性疾病、肿瘤疾病患者；合并其他类型颈椎病者；伴精神病或认知障碍；合并颈椎椎管狭窄；排除以上肢疼痛为表现的其他类型疾病；经研究者判断认为不适合参与本试验的受试者。 健康受试者：伴精神病或认知障碍；经研究者判断认为不适合参与本试验的受试者。

Exclusion criteria：

Subjects of Cervical spondylotic radiculopathy: patients with myelopathy liver and kidney diseases cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and respiratory diseases; Patients with blood disease diabetes autoimmune disease tumor disease; Patients with other types of cervical spondylosis; Accompanied by mental illness or cognitive impairment; Combined with cervical spinal stenosis; Rule out other types of disease manifested by upper limb pain; Subjects judged by the investigator to be unsuitable for participation in this study. Healthy subjects: with psychiatric or cognitive impairment; Subjects judged by the investigator to be unsuitable for participation in this study.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

本试验采用临床试验电子数据采集系统（Electronic Data Capture System，EDC）进行数据管理，从数据录入到源数据的核查要求到质控数据的质疑解答，最后到数据锁定及导出的操作、确认数据无疑问后，各方签署数据库锁定申请表，由数据管理员对数据库进行锁定。数据库锁定后，由数据管理员导出分析数据库，交统计人员进行统计分析。锁定后的数据不可再编辑，数据库锁定之后发现的问题，经确认后可在统计分析程序中修正。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

This experiment adopts clinical trial Electronic Data Capture System (EDC) for data management from data entry verification requirements of source data to question answers of quality control data and finally to data locking and export operations. After confirming that the data is no doubt All parties sign the database lock application form and the data administrator locks the database. After the database is locked the data administrator exports the analysis database and sends it to statisticians for statistical analysis. The locked data cannot be edited again and the problems found after the database is locked can be corrected in the statistical analysis
