研究目的：

观察疏肝调神整合针灸是否能改善PCOS伴情绪障碍患者的抑郁焦虑情绪和生活质量、IR、肥胖情况、月经及排卵情况。以及探究针灸能否基于TRP-KYN代谢途径改善PCOS患者抑郁焦虑及生活质量。

Objectives of Study：

To observe whether acupuncture can improve depression, anxiety, quality of life, IR, obesity, menstruation and ovulation in patients with PCOS and mood disorders. and to explore whether acupuncture can improve depression, anxiety and quality of life in PCOS patients based on the TRP-KYN metabolic pathway.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

研究以多囊卵巢综合征患者为观察对象；随机分配至治疗组（疏肝调神整合针灸组）和对照组（安慰针刺组）；以治疗前、治疗第4周、治疗第8周、治疗第12周以及治疗后第16周作为评价时点；使用SAS、SDS、PCOSQ-Chi、HAMA、HAMD观察针灸对患者负面情绪、生活质量及心理应激情况的影响。使用BMI、腰臀比、胰岛素等评价代谢及内分泌情况。使用基础体温测量表、月经追踪记录表评价月经及排卵情况。使用血清TRP、5-HT、KYN、KYNA、QUIN及炎症指标观察患者犬尿氨酸代谢情况以及其与情绪关系，以及针灸对它们的影响。

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Patients with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) were randomly assigned to the treatment group (acupuncture group) and the control group (placebo acupuncture group), and the effects of acupuncture on negative emotions, quality of life and psychological stress were observed before treatment, 4 weeks of treatment, 8 weeks of treatment, 12 weeks of treatment and 16 weeks after treatment. BMI, waist-hip ratio, insulin, etc. were used to evaluate metabolism and endocrine status. Use basal body temperature measurement and menstrual tracking records to evaluate menstruation and ovulation. Serum TRP, 5-HT, KYN, KYNA, QUIN and inflammatory markers were used to observe the metabolism of kynurenine and its relationship with emotion, as well as the effects of acupuncture on them.

纳入标准：

（1）符合PCOS中西医诊断标准，且SAS和（或）SDS大于50分且小于70分。 （2）年龄18～45周岁之间的患者。 （3）愿意接受规定的方法治疗、配合完成相关量表检查，并签署知情同意书。 同时符合以上三项的患者，可纳入本研究项目。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Meet the diagnostic criteria of PCOS traditional Chinese and Western medicine, and SAS and/or SDS greater than 50 points and less than 70 points. (2) Patients between the ages of 18~45 years old. (3) Willing to accept the prescribed method of treatment, cooperate with the completion of relevant scale examinations, and sign the informed consent form. Patients who meet the above three criteria at the same time can be included in this research project.

排除标准：

（1）合并妇科急性感染性疾病、子宫内膜异位症、卵巢早衰、卵巢囊肿者； （2）合并性血管、肝肾及造血系统等严重原发性疾病或精神异常者； （3）患者近3-6个月以内使用了激素类药物及患有异常分泌性激素的肿瘤； （4）哺乳期及妊娠的患者； （5）不情愿或拒绝配合问卷调查者； （6）针灸禁忌症者，例如局部皮肤有溃破感染或高热炎症疾病者。 具备其中任意一项予以排除。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients with gynecological acute infectious diseases, endometriosis, premature ovarian failure, and ovarian cysts; (2) Patients with serious primary diseases or mental abnormalities such as blood vessels, liver and kidney and hematopoietic system; (3) The patient has used hormone drugs in the past 3-6 months and has tumors with abnormal secretion of sex hormones; (4) Lactating and pregnant patients; (5) Those who are unwilling or refuse to cooperate with the questionnaire; (6) Patients with contraindications to acupuncture, such as local skin ulceration infection or high fever and inflammatory diseases. Any one of these is excluded.

本研究共收集76份病例，在SPSS 21.0上生成随机数字及对应分组，由第三方专业人员做成信封，患者纳入数据时随机抽取一个信封，从而确定分组。具体分为治疗组和对照组，每组各38例。

A total of 76 cases were collected in this study, random numbers and corresponding groups were generated on SPSS 21.0, and envelopes were made by third-party professionals, and one envelope was randomly selected when patients were included in the data to determine the grouping. Specifically, they were divided into treatment group and control group, with 38 cases in each group.
