研究目的：

为了继承和发扬赵继福名老中医的学术思想，尤其是脉诊特色，在赵继福名老中医临床经验的基础上，本研究拟构建脑梗死“脉-病”模型，可以缩短临床诊断脑梗死的时间，减少不必要的诊疗，为社区筛查脑梗死提供无创、简便验廉的方法，为早期干预脑梗死提供可靠的时间窗，极大地降低急性脑卒中的发病率。为中西医结合诊断脑梗死提供更快速的诊断方法，为中西医结合诊断方法的研究提供新的路径。

Objectives of Study：

In order to inherit and carry forward the academic thought of Zhao Jifu especially the characteristics of pulse-diagnosis based on the clinical experience of Zhao Jifu this study intends to build a "pulse-disease" model for cerebral infarction which can shorten the time of clinical diagnosis of cerebral infarction reduce unnecessary diagnosis and treatment and provide a non-invasive and simple method for community screening of cerebral infarction. It provides a reliable time window for early intervention of cerebral infarction and greatly reduces the incidence of acute stroke. It provides a more rapid diagnostic method for the diagnosis of cerebral infarction and a new way for the study of the diagnosis method of integrated Chinese and Western medicine.

纳入标准：

试验组纳入标准 ①经赵继福名老中医切脉确定为脑梗死病人； ②能配合研究者完整采集基本信息及脉图者。 对照组纳入标准 ①经赵继福名老中医切脉确定为非脑梗死病人； ②能配合研究者完整采集基本信息及脉图者。

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria of trial group ① The patient was identified as cerebral infarction by Zhao Jifu. ② Can cooperate with researchers to collect basic information and pulse graph. Control group inclusion criteria ① The patient was identified as non-cerebral infarction by Zhao Jifu. ② Can cooperate with researchers to collect basic information and pulse graph.

排除标准：

试验组排除标准 ①没有进行头部MRI检测者； ②反关脉、斜飞脉、心脏支架等等不易于脉象采集的患者。 对照组排除标准： ①没有1月内的头部MRI报告者； ②反关脉、斜飞脉、心脏支架等等不易于脉象采集的患者。 正在参加其它临床试验或参加过其它药物临床试验结束未超过3个月者。

Exclusion criteria：

Test group exclusion criteria ① no head MRI examination; ② Patients with antiguan pulse oblique flying pulse heart stent etc. are not easy to collect pulse graph. Control group exclusion criteria: ① No head MRI report within 1 month; ② Patients with antiguan pulse oblique flying pulse heart stent etc. are not easy to collect pulse graph. Participants are participating in other clinical trials or have participated in other drug clinical trials for less than 3 months.

Diagnostic Tests：

金标准或参考标准（即可准确诊断某疾病的单项方法或多项联合方法，在本研究中用于诊断是否有该病的临床参考标准）：

脑梗死诊断标准： ①急性起病；②局灶性神经功能缺损（包括偏瘫、偏身感觉障碍、偏盲、言语障碍、眩晕、吞咽困难、共济失调等），少数为全面神经功能缺损；③头颅CT/MRI具备脑梗死征；④排除非血管性病因；⑤头颅CT/MRI排除脑出血；⑥末次脑梗死发病时间大于等于2周。 本研究以患者头颅MRI具有脑梗死征为标准。

Gold Standard or Reference Standard (The clinical reference standards required to establish the presence or absence of the target condition in the tested population in present study):

Diagnostic criteria for cerebral infarction: ① Acute onset; ② Focal neurological impairment (including hemiplegia hemisensory disorder hemiblindness speech disorder vertigo dysphagia ataxia etc.) a few of the total neurological impairment; ③ Head CT/MRI showed signs of cerebral infarction; (4) Exclude non-vascular causes; (5) Brain CT/MRI to exclude cerebral hemorrhage; ⑥ The onset time of the last cerebral infarction was greater than or equal to 2 weeks. In this study the patient's head MRI with cerebral infarction sign was the standard.

运用脉象采集仪采集患者的脉象，通过分析患者脉象信息来诊断患者是否患有脑梗死。

Index test:

The pulse of the patient was collected by the pulse collecting instrument and the diagnosis of cerebral infarction was made by analyzing the pulse information of the patient.

目标人群（可以是某种疾病患者或正常人群，详细描述其疾病特征，注意应纳入符合分布特点的全序列病例，具有良好的代表性）
