研究目的：

评价在西医治疗基础上加用电针”老十针“对脓毒症胃肠功能障碍的治疗作用。

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the therapeutic effect of adding electroacupuncture "Lao Shi Zhen" on the basis of medicine treatment on the treatment of gastrointestinal dysfunction in sepsis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

（1）符合脓毒症诊断标准 （2）符合急性胃肠损伤分级Ⅰ级到Ⅲ级 （3）年龄≥18岁，性别不限 （4）患者或家属知晓研究内容，同意针灸治疗，并自愿签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Meet the diagnostic criteria for sepsis (2) Meet the acute gastrointestinal injury classification level I to III (3) Age≥ 18 years old gender is not limited (4) The patient or family member knows the content of the study agrees to the acupuncture treatment and voluntarily signs the informed consent form.

排除标准：

（1）有原发胃肠道疾病者，如：消化道出血，胃溃疡，胃癌 （2）妊娠或准备妊娠者，或不能采取有效措施避孕者； （3）严重的精神疾患者； （4）因基础疾病导致患者预期生存时间少于28天，如恶性肿瘤控制不佳，既往30天内发生心跳骤停等； （5）确诊或高度疑似急性传染性疾病，如病毒性肝炎活动期、活动期肺结核等； （6）针刺穴位所在位置皮肤破损或感染者； （7）近3个月内参加过临床干预试验； （8）主治医生认为不宜参加本试验的受试者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients with primary gastrointestinal diseases such as: gastrointestinal bleeding gastric ulcer gastric cancer (2) Those who are pregnant or preparing to become pregnant or those who cannot take effective measures to prevent pregnancy; (3) Patients with severe mental illness; (4) The expected survival time of patients due to underlying diseases is less than 28 days such as poor control of malignant tumors cardiac arrest within the past 30 days etc.; (5) Confirmed or highly suspected acute infectious diseases such as active viral hepatitis active tuberculosis etc.; (6) Those whose skin is broken or infected at the location of acupuncture points; (7) Participated in clinical intervention trials in the past 3 months; (8) Subjects who are considered by the attending physician to be inappropriate to participate in this trial.

老十针穴位（上脘、中脘、下脘、气海、天枢、内关、足三里）；除基础治疗外，还给予电针治疗，每日2次。一名医师每次进行30min的电针治疗：将针插入老十针穴位，确保有得气感觉。针采用鳄鱼针连接。频率为连续波，可耐受对患者的最大电流强度（局部肌肉抽搐或患者可耐受）。

使用Excel 2019软件进行均匀随机分组。按入组顺序得到一列1-70的数据，运用RAND函数随机生成0-1之间的随机数。运用RANK函数将其排列，再除以35，得到0-2之间的数字。再运用ROUNDUP函数进行向上舍入，得到一列1或2的数据。将1赋值为“试验组”，2赋值为“对照组”，完成70个病人的随机分组，记录分组结果。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

Excel 2019 software was used for uniform randomization. According to the enrollment order a column of data 1-70was obtained and the RAND function was used to randomly generate random numbers between 0-1. The RANK function was used to rank them and then divided by 35 to get a number between 0 and 2. The ROUNDUP function is then used to round up to get a column of 1 or 2 data. The value of 1 was assigned to the "experimental group" and the value of 2 was assigned to the "control group". 70 patients were randomly divided into groups and the grouping results were recorded.
