研究目的：

腹腔镜妇科手术是一种常见的妇科手术，由于手术创伤和术后疼痛等原因，患者常常会出现术后睡眠障碍。中医干预作为一种传统的治疗方法，在改善术后睡眠方面具有独特的优势。因此，探讨中医干预对妇科腹腔镜手术患者术后睡眠的影响具有重要的临床意义。一方面，可以为临床医生提供更加全面和有效的治疗方案，提高患者的治疗效果和生活质量；另一方面，也可以为中医治疗的推广和应用提供科学依据和实践经验

Objectives of Study：

Laparoscopic gynecological surgery is a common type of gynecological procedure. Due to surgical trauma and postoperative pain, patients often experience postoperative sleep disturbances. Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) intervention, as a traditional treatment method, has unique advantages in improving postoperative sleep. Therefore, exploring the impact of TCM intervention on the postoperative sleep of patients undergoing laparoscopic gynecological surgery has significant clinical importance. On one hand, it can provide clinicians with more comprehensive and effective treatment plans, enhancing patient outcomes and quality of life; on the other hand, it can also provide scientific evidence and practical experience for the promotion and application of TCM treatments.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

纳入年龄18岁-60岁之间，ASA＜III级，择期妇科腹腔镜手术的患者。

Inclusion criteria

Include patients aged between 18 and 60, with an American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status classification of less than III, who are scheduled for elective gynecological laparoscopic surgery.

排除标准：

BMI≥30;术前匹兹堡指数 (PSQI)>7 ;认知功能障碍、言语 、听力障碍无法配合的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with a Body Mass Index (BMI) of 30 or higher; a preoperative Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) score greater than 7; and those with cognitive dysfunction, speech, or hearing impairments that prevent them from cooperating.
